Parking is on the street, there is no parking space. We didn’t get double bed, there was 2 singles made in double with some blanket in between. The kitchen is very old and cabinets smell pretty bad. It’s not like it’s dirty, but there is that old furniture smell. Also kitchen is not equipped with such basics as a egg pan, so we needed to buy it.

Room was very clean. They changed our towels every other day.

The room, while clean, lacked the coziness we were hoping for, and the facilities left something to be desired. I wouldn't recommend these studios for three people due to the limited space inside. The kitchen was small and outdated, and the bathroom was cramped and had an unpleasant, muddy odor. One of the main drawbacks was the distance from the beach, which was farther than we expected.

Our stay at Kostas Studios was pleasant overall, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The staff was friendly and tried their best to make our stay comfortable. With some updates to the rooms and better amenities, Kostas Studios could be a more attractive option for future visitors. WiFi signal was strong.

- the lady who was cleaning room was leaving the door unlocked after the cleaning (which is not pleasant when you're not in a room whole day) - it is poor equiped with dishes - there is just one free power socket, the studio is located under the high-voltage line which is buzzing constantly - there is no public parking, you have to park a car on a street in front of the studio (where is placed a sign for forbidden parking) - bathroom is pretty uncomfortable, there is no curtain and shower holder so everything is wet after you take a bath - the furniture is old, while tre matresses are very noisy, bathroom door can't be closed properly - wi-fi signal very weak, especially in the afternoon - not very satisfied with cleaning and towel changing

- location is very good - the view from the balcony is also beautiful - the host named Roula was very kind and answering all our requests immediately 🙂 - fridge is working very good and it has an icebox

There was just a super annoying noise from the electrical transmitter on the street but I assume it's not the fault of the accommodation. Nevertheless, it didn't affect our stay. :)

The great location can be hardly beaten. You have all the restaurants within 2 minutes walking distance so if this is what you're looking for, go for it.

First night we went through unpleasant experience, the waste water from showering was coming back, due to drainage issue, water came literally to our bads. Electric transmitter right in front of our balcony (also unpleasant view plus electric buzzing sounds all the time). There was also problem with electricity oscillation, lights and air condition went on/off all the time the first day. Next day we were replaced to another apartment, luckily we avoided being flooded again, but this time there wasn't any light in the toilet and the air conditioner was out of function (due to electricity problems from day earlier), we spend the next 2 days without ac (until they fixed it).. Put this aside, overall there are not mosquito nets on the balcony (mosquito fossils are all over the walls), toilets are in really bad shape (no shower curtains), kitchen also, sheets and towels rough and overused..

The only thing that makes me leave this generous review is that there was continious maintenance (changing towels, bad sheet etc.. ) the location and view were also nice.. Mattresses were ok

The bed was making noises all the time, and you couldn't even get some sleep. The bed was also short and very uncomfortable. The towels were very old and looked very unhygienic. The pilow had some weird stains. There was no power socket near the bed to charge your phones. The bathroom was uncomfortable. Poor internet speed connection.

The area was good, and had a nice little balcony.

We didn’t like that the cleaning lady did’t knock or ring the bell before entering the apartment, she just ulocked it with her key and went in every morning. That’s very unconfortable. The bathroom was very bad, there was no shower curtain, so the whole bathroom was wet after bathing. The light is also terrible, dark, one small light bulb by the sink. The kitchen is very old, with one stove and drawers that are difficult to open. Unusable. Wifi is very bad. TV is very small and very very old. Overall it is not worth this money that we payed.
