The rooms and bathrooms are quite dated and in serious need of a refresh, limited bed space by the pool (the beach chairs in the photos aren’t attached to the property)

The bath towels were not good at all

The staff, especially Maria, she is an excellent ambassador for your hotel, we also noticed her with other guests. The breakfast was great as so was the staff at the Eclipse restaurant

The restaurant of the hotel was a major disappointment and also the staff at umbrellas at the beach were not very friendly. Whenever we looked around the restaurant nobody was making use of it. We ate at the other restaurants along the beach. The tables in the breakfast area always had marks on them as if they were never cleaned. this was a big disappointment.

The pool area does not cater to many people lounging during the day. The restaurant felt a little dated, the bathroom was essentially in the room with a sliding glass door which was very tight for space.

Location beside Platios Yialos was great, and access to the sea was a plus, staff were very helpful. Rooms had nice double beds and flat screen TV

The transportation vans are very pricey so unless you take a public bus it can be costly. The bathroom wasn’t updated. I had hoped that the beach beds were included in the hotel fare or we could have gotten a discount for staying at the hotel.

The room was very spacious and conveniently located next to the sea. The breakfast buffet was great and featured an amazing view. The staff were warm and hospitable.

Room was small and one staff was little rude but others were helpful.

The location is one the best in front of the beach and price even was little pricy compared to all Mykonos is good price quality.

The lack of security and accountability of from the staff when there is very loud and rude guests. The staff were simply not bothered and did nothing to explain to them that this is not a huge hotel and to be mindful of guests On our last day a group of 8 men were enjoying and drinking and then smashed a glass. Glass everywhere. The cleaning team the best they could however glass still could be seen. If drinks are offered then a table should be used.

The plunge pool and swimming pool are great. The room size was ok. Location to the beach is perfect and the breakfast is definitely great option. The staff were great in sharing recommendations and bus times etc.

The room was totally open to the bathroom with just a sliding frosted door for the toilet, which wasn't even floor to ceiling. Literally no privacy possible. Could do with more storage, the bedsides were just solid cubes which was a waste of space. Rooms could have been cleaner (floor was pretty filthy judging by our feet walking round). The breakfast was limited and poor quality, but the view was beautiful. Could do with some music and service around the pool.

Staff were generally friendly and helpful. The location was good and their transfer company was really convenient. Pool area was nice, as was the hot tub/terrace with our room. Complimentary water each day was a welcome touch.

The fact that we request for extra sauces at dinner time in the restaurant and the answer was extra charge for some extra sauce. Overall the stay was pleasant. However, there were no towels by the community pool.

The women at the front desk. She told me not go to to the beach it was a scam. I asked her for more information. But she said go to trip advisor. I asked her another question, she was not very helpful. I was in Paris and they were more helpful humans then this women at the front desk. I also seen her running when I was coming to the front desk. Not sure if she was running for another reason. One more thing please do not mop the steps- I was coming down from breakfast and a women had mop the steps and I slipped but caught the wall.

I was located on the pool side, I thought it was a great size room, the housekeepers she was so nice! She did a great job cleaning my room, the breakfast was great!

Breakfast at the hotel was one of the worst, the only great part of breakfast the lady staff member working and helping at the buffet. In the unit, the couch and the outside side table looked odd in the amazing unit.

Jo is one of the best hosts that me and my wife, she was very professional, informative and enthusiastic - which added an awesome start to our stay. The room was amazing, the bedroom and balcony. Amazing location! One of the most beautiful beaches! The staff were amazing, extremely warm and helpful! Special call out for Stamatis at the front desk and George at Breakfast! Best breakfast we had in Greece was at Kosmoplaz! The view is stunning! Loved the newly decorated room and bathroom as well

The fact that hotel. Doesnt provide sun beds for free. Not even a discount for customers staying at hotel since the restaurant DK manages the sunbeds rental, very expensive 40 euros per set plus drinks apart very expensive. The shower room. In our room was old fashion decoration, o think hotel can te do it to make it look prettier. Matress was too soft, needs to. Renew bedding. Bkf is OK but should try to improve to have fresh fruit juices since it is a 4 Stars hotel.

The hotel. Itself is small and quite right in front of the beautiful beach os palios aglios.. The pool was nice, the room was spacious and big , All the staff very kind and we got a complimentary transfer back to port paid by hotel..

The jetted pool in our room was poor. It smelt of stagnated water and was full of debris (sand, bugs and other people's hair). Although I have no doubt the water was safe and clean, it was not at all appealing to look at and as a result we didn't want to spend much time in it. The staff did kindly clean it out for us which helped, but ultimately the filter was definitely broken so water wasn't being cleaned. They refused to agree with us that this was the case and denied there was any problem which was a shame.

Beautiful big room, nice and clean. Amazing views and location. Staff were knowledgeable about area and able to give good recommendations. I would recommend a stay.

No complaints about the property.

Very convenient location with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was wonderful! This was something we looked forward to every day and it had a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea!
