We booked the hotel because we wanted a pool, however there were only about 20 sun loungers with 10 in the sun, towels were on all of the sun loungers by 9am. We ended up on the beach everyday, not what we wanted, next time I will save some money and book a cheaper hotel without a pool. If you are looking for a pool holiday do not book this hotel.

Location - Absolutely perfect central to all of the bars and restaurants and close to the ferry port. Room - Good size, with plenty of storage space and a great shower. Staff - Really friendly and efficient, we arrived at 1300 and the room was ready. Breakfast - Plenty of choice but very busy.

Nothing Really... Pool small if you want one, and it's very overlooked with no views. I didn't use so didn't mind that anyway.

Great location, lovely rooms and breakfast and staff delightful. My third stay there... A small, modern, friendly hotel within a short walk to town centre amenities, beaches and harbour. Love it.

Price of room didn't match expectations.

Good location in a quieter part of Kos, right on the seafront and short walk from the town. Staff were very nice and and helpful. Around the pool area is small, thankfully we were able to get sunbeds each morning. The room was nice but bathroom quite small. Would have expected more for the price of the room.

Awesome location to Kos Old town and the port. Right across from the beach. Rooms very clean and lots of space. Amazing selection at the breakfast buffet. Would recommend this accomodation.

Location was just perfect. Walking distance to town. Pool area was perfect for that quick dip. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff so friendly. Has a beautiful aromatic scent when you walk in and great air con.

Not cheap, but it was a really lovely stay and we were well looked after, so can't complain.

The breakfast was fabulous if you like tasty healthy options, but there were also sweet things and (less healthy) cooked items if you lean that way. Lots of choice and super quality. The rooms are minimalist in cooling, peaceful tones. It was ideal for quiet recovery time. For sea swimmers it's very easy to nip across the road in your bathers. Not cheap, but we were happy to pay to feel well looked after for a couple of days.

The restaurant is more than adequate with a large choise for breakfast. Although for dinner it was not really a great choise. We eat there the first evening and compared to surrounding taverna's and restaurants, it was nothing special.

Location is fantastic. Rooms are spacious and loved the coffee and tea facilities and the fridge. A big, big thanks to the staff and management who surprised us with champagne, flowers and fruit for our wedding anniversay.

Very noisy, both from cars on the busy road in front of the hotel and from the hallway within the hotel.

We reserved a taxi a day before to take us back to the port, but it did not arrive on the day, and the staff was not helpful with it. We had to walk back eventually.

It's a very modern, clean and comfortable hotel right across the sea. About 20 min walk from the port. Our room was spacious with a big balcony, and the bed was big and very comfortable. The breakfast offers a good selection. Would def stay here again
