Our bed was two twins pushed together which wasn’t ideal as they pushed apart under you meaning it was uncomfortable at night. It could be a bit of a struggle to get a coffee at breakfast.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely vibe. Great location if you have a hire car/ hire one from the hotel. Breakfast is great and half board dinners were decent. The Italian which was also great value and very nice.

Small bathroom/shower overflowed. Coffee service at breakfast could be better. Pool food/drink service needs a better structure for taking orders and delivering them. Minor points and hardly impact the holiday just something worth mentioning

Rooms were superb and an extremely comfortable bed. Friendly staff Pool area was super Nice short walk to the beach. The food was excellent and the chefs have done a great job, the lamb in particular was cooked and seasoned perfectly.

This is by far the best property we stayed in in Rhodes. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurants on site are amazing with a great variety to choose from. There’s a lovely local restaurant a few minutes walk away too. Great value for money and the views are gorgeous. Special thanks to Kristina who was friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team for an amazing stay. The atmosphere was relaxed, the rooms and the entire complex were spotless, and the food was excellent. With a supermarket just around the corner and a beautiful beach only 350 meters from the hotel, everything was convenient. The two beautifully designed pools were a highlight. This hotel truly offers top value for money. What really makes this place special is the staff. They are professional, friendly, and always ready with a smile or a chat. A special shoutout to Linda from the room maintenance team for her outstanding service every day. Huge thanks to Yanis from the Italian restaurant for the fantastic service and all the laughs. Thank you, Stavroula, the Guest Relation Manager, for your dedication and making guests smile. The atmosphere wasn't the best for my taste. Two pools with music that I didn't like so much. In the first day the music was so loud that it got inside the room even when I closed all the windows. Then we asked for a solution so we were moved to another room that was more sound proof. That fixed the problem for us.

We arrived at 11pm due to delayed flight - there was no food available on arrival - they should have been able to provide sandwiches , cheese/ salad , some bread and any hot drinks . Bar was open we bought some drinks but there were no bar snacks except one small pot of nuts

Bed is too soft and sunken, which made it really uncomfortable to sleep and we would wake up with sore muscles, pillows are great tho! Also, what was really disappointing for us was that there was no working TV, most of the time it said there was no signal with no way to fix it, and when it did work there was no channel variety, most of it was greek TV. You would expect a 5 star hotel to have a smart TV with youtube or Netflix at least for times when you kinda wanna chill in your room or the weather isn’t the best. Also, a kettle and body lotion would be nice if provided in the room.

My husband and I recently celebrated our honeymoon at Cook's Club Kolymbia, and words can't express how much we enjoyed it. The staff made our stay truly unforgettable, going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff was always willing to assist with anything we needed, making us feel like valued guests. We were particularly impressed by the restaurant manager, Stefanos, and his staff, Marios and Nikos. They were always attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our meals. The hotel itself is stunning and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the grounds are immaculate. The food at Cook's Club Kolymbia is also excellent. There is a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything we tried was delicious. And no review of Cook's Club Kolymbia would be complete without mentioning the amazing cocktails. Yiannis, the bartender, makes the best cocktails we've ever had. He is truly passionate about his craft, taking great pride in creating drinks that are both beautiful and delicious. Overall, we had an absolutely perfect honeymoon at Cook's Club Kolymbia. The staff, the hotel, the food, and the drinks were all top-notch. We would highly recommend this hotel to any couple looking for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be back!

Our welcome wasn’t great, we turnt up during an off peak time, had to wait 20 mins to be shown to our room, person who which never turnt up so gave up waiting and went to find it ourselves. Second pool next to gym area gets busy before pool towels are even given out at 10am, making it impossible to find a space there. Surrounding area is quiet, would need a car to explore further which we did

Lovely hotel if you just want to relax by the pool, great astetic all around the hotel and in the rooms. Breakfast selection was fab, so much choice and even offered milk/dairy alternatives. Restaurants on site were very chilled, with good food for a cheaper price than surrounding area. Would stay here again for a few days if you just want to chill out - exploring further requires a car

There is absolutely nothing i can think of at the moment. Maybe how a hotel guest behavour was horrible verbally at the breakfast.

We never go to the same hotel as we are looking for new experiences, but this hotel combined with Rhodes has made us want to plan a new trip forward in time with family or friends so that both we and others can experience what we did. - Wonderful, nice and helpful treatment by the staff, they clearly made the whole experience so much better! - Always the best service at any time and professionally - The food is of the highest quality, several restaurants with a lot to choose from and enjoy - Beautiful and modern facilities, the room was absolutely perfect, the architecture well thought out and beautiful, 4 beautiful pools with lots of space, everything related to the pools made us constantly sunbathe/swim in a five star experience. - Gym well equipped with a wonderful modern exotic environment - Supermarket super close - And so much more... I want to thank all the staff at the hotel who were so extremely nice to us. Especially to, - Sokrates, a very down-to-earth and professional hotel manager. - Notis the bartender and Manos the waiter, wonderful people who have become our friends. - Valantis and Barbara in the reception with the finest smiles and service. - Niko and Niko bartenders with wonderful humor. - Ourania and Nadia with a proffesionally and friendly approach. - Janis manager also professional and there for everyone.
