I would have liked if they had a double bed instead of two single beds pushed together. They had a smart TV but don’t have Netflix or YouTube which would have been nice for the evening. No iron available. Shower draining wasn’t the best would end up leaving the whole bathroom floor with and not a pleasant smell in the sewers.

We really enjoyed our stay for 10 nights. The three restaurants on site were great and all the staff were so nice and always making sure we were happy with everything. We enjoyed all the food in the restaurants. Breakfast was amazing you got so many options to choose from. Could even get iced lattes for breakfast which was a treat. The hotel was far from the old town but you could get a bus right outside the hotel. There was also a small market outside the hotel which sold literally everything. Beach was a 5 minute walk and another beach was a 10 minute bus ride. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at and would highly recommend.

The only issue was the bed as it has two single mattress on a double bed, but to be honest it was manageable for us.

The manager and staff were very accommodating during our stay at this hotel. Especially, when we arrived at our hotel - our flight was delayed and we came to the hotel a lot later than we anticipated. We would definitely come back again.

the music around the pool was hit and miss and sometimes a bit loud when you are trying to chill. i personally would prefer chilled out balaeric music/melodic as it fits the vibe of the hotel however sometime it was 90/00s pop 😭

good entertainment a night, excellant breakfast and dinner at half board. the pool snacks where great aswell, good gym facilites too, the vibe all around was really good

Sunbeds around the pool are not enough.

The atmosphere of the place was incredible. As an architect, I can say that I absolutely loved the design and vibe of the hotel. We practically didn’t want to leave the hotel to explore the island. I would also like to extend my special thanks to the hotel staff. Having stayed at many hotels and resorts, I can confidently say that this was the highest quality and friendliest service I have ever experienced. The cocktails prepared by the bartenders at the pool bar were incredibly delicious, and they always went out of their way to make our vacation enjoyable. Lastly, I would like to mention the Italian restaurant staff and the chef. Everything we ate was unbelievably tasty. A special thank you to the guest experience managers, Tania and Stavroula, for helping me organize a surprise for my girlfriend.

What an amazing place it is! I can’t complain about a single thing to be fair. Great location of the hotel, close to the necessities as well as the closest beach literally a 4min walk away from the whole venue. Overall very clean, organised and tidy.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The staff assisted us with all our queries (especially to navigate the TV to watch the olympics). It was great to be able to access all 4 pools on the property. The hotel and room were very stylish and modern. Lovely that the aircon made no noise but kept the room so cool. Breakfast was amazing with the wide selection.

The staff were absolutely incredible! They were so polite, friendly and hardworking and were always there to help at no bother. The food was incredible. We especially loved the Asian Food Restaurant. The pools were big, great variety of music played at the right level around the pool, good entertainment, again great staff! I liked the towel policy where they were removed in 15 minutes if they were left unattended, this ensured people didn’t leave their towels for hours on end unattended whilst people struggled to find beds. Lastly the place looked beautiful. The aesthetics (the wood) around the hotel made this hotel perfect. Will be booking again and we have only just got to the airport to fly home.

The only downsides were that we did pay for half-board however we were unaware that only the Cantina restaurant was included, and the menu that changed each night was not vegetarian friendly any night. Also, sunbeds can be a bit of an issue unless you are out by 8:00am as people do reserve them.

The whole stay was exceptional start to finish, from the food to the rooms and the pools. We would 100% be back again and cannot wait for 2025 dates to be released to book up. The staff in the Italian restaurant were incredible, specifically Giannis, Mimi and Manos who looked after us most nights of our stay, and the food was some of the best Italian we have ever eaten.

There are live shows and DJ events on some evenings, usually between 21-23 or even after that. They make a lot of noise which can be heard very loudly inside the rooms, so if you're tired after a long day and want to get to sleep early, its pretty difficult to do so. Also the staff we're pretty nice and helpful but not more than that, looked like they we're forced to be there. Lighting in the room could be better.

The hotel is stunning and very clean. The staff cleans all the rooms, pools and areas of the hotel every single day which is very nice. Food is fantastic especially at halfboard dinner and it has a huge selection. Also the pools are grear and the beach next to the hotel is amazing.

Only one small thing: I wanted to get a late check out and to leave the room one hour after 11h00. They told me they charge 10 euros per hour. Most of the hotels usually agree to grant a late checkout for free when the hotel is not fully booked.

Beautiful hotel located in a mountain area, the pool and the lobby are designed perfectly with an atmosphere of relaxation and luxury, the room (suite) was very nice, I totally recommend it !
