The hotel was spectacular and the staff couldn't do enough for you. We were travelling with a 5 month old and we had a late flight back to the UK. The hotel provided us with a late check out to make things as easy as they could. Throughout our stay the hotel staff were very attentive, polite and friendly. The general hotel facilities are of a high standard and well maintained. I would highly recommend Kivotos to others and will certainly be visiting again when we return to Mykonos.

the staff around the pool was really unprofessional, one even yelled at us for asking water because the water was empty in the gym so we went at the bar instead of waiting and he yelled telling us we already asked that! Highly unprofessional and aggressive staff at the pool!

Breakfast bar literally no service on there phones 📞 all the time

Service was poor. Especially bar and restaurant service. Choice of food at breakfast was literally 0. The whole place seemed vibeless!

We arrived at 12:00 am, and there were nobody to help us with our luggages. The person who was at the lobby helped but no other stuff was there. We arrived tired and there was no room service at that time. Our second day we needed to move one of the cars in the parking and one person from the stuff told us that we have move the OTHER CAR! Expected much more from a 5* hotel….. really disappointed

WiFi was unusable in the room. TV was in the worst possible location and looked like something a teenage girl has in her room. The transparency of the payments you’re making at the hotel is lacking. Over a week you will pay for room service, poolside drinks etc. being hit with a huge bill at the end is a little daunting when your Mathematics aren’t perfect throughout. The hotel doesn’t have a shuttle service. Meaning round trip taxis daily will likely add £400-500 onto your expenses.

View is incredible. Loved our private pool and the main pool was also prime location. Swim-up was great touch. Pool staff were brilliant.

The hotel had amazing artwork everywhere, everything was interesting and eye catching. The cocktails were exceptional - crafted perfectly with unique tastes, the burger and chips we had were very nice and the staff were super friendly and helpful at the reception, bar and breakfast. Breakfast had some very interesting choices and very delicious! We stayed in 2 different rooms and both were amazing! We went when it was closing and Mykonos was very windy but we will definitely come back! Great location to the beach Ornos but the hotels private beach was perfect we ddint need to move.

Facilities and staff were excellent. We felt very welcome and looked after. It was our first family holiday with our 3 month old. The food was great and the facilities too. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.
