The only thing is that while we were having breakfast at 09:00 o’clock they were out of coffee. I told the staff about that and they said that they couldn’t make more because it was too late. (It was 09:00 o’clock). In the end they brought us instant coffee.

The bathroom floor flooded with water after shower because the shower screen door did not do a good job.

The location was superb! Such a magnificent view from my room. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were professional and even let me check out an hour later. I will come back when in Volos.

Would have preferred fresh towels more frequently. And the shower bracket was broken so could only use the handheld.

Absolutely loved breakfast on the balcony overlooking the harbour and late evenings at the rooftop bar/restaurant. The hotel is superbly located! Staff were friendly and attentive, even bringing us unasked a fresh bottle of cold water when we stayed over long at the Cafe.

The bathroom's appliances were broken and old. The tv was old, not well tuned and the location was wrong.

I think the breakfast may be improved significantly.

The hotel is very well situated and has a magnificient sea view which comes with a cost of a bit heating up during day time in Summer. There is port parking lot only 5 minutes away but you are allowed to bring your car at the entrance to load/unload your luggage.

Location is perfect. The staff understand the needs of travellers from local islands, storing purchases and arranging taxis etc. Breakfasts are great all with uninterrupted sea views. Our sea view room with balcony is comfortable and clean

there was a catastrophe (the flood and mud and power cut) for which the hotel was totally unprepared. the generator broke down within minutes. There was no provison for food other than crisps from the bar, and alcohol. They gve us no information for several hours. The emergency lighting on the staircase failed. Descending the black marble narrow staircase in total darkness was very dangerous. If there was a fire we would all have been burned alive. I saw no other means of escape. Management didn't show up for hours, so two members of staff were unable to cope., tho doing their best.

I love the location, the breakfast room, the food and balconies. ease of access.

The window needs a mosquito net. The a/c was functioning poorly. So we had to open the window. Lots of mosquitoes at night.

The ferry link was very close by, Great view, the cafes were very close, the staff was very helpful, and everything I needed. Would recommend staying there. I certainly could.

The furniture is exhausted. One of the receptionists was extremely rude- talking on the phone and repeating 'Sit and wait'.

Perfect location - marvelous view over the port, close to the top centre. Nice balcony looking over the sea.

Out f th hotels remi but a large loud dog barking for 30 minutes at 3.00am below my window left me wakeful for the rest of the night

Location is fabulous. Overlooking the spectacular harbour. Within a few hundred yards of the port, parking, shopping and multitude of restaurants and cafes.
