We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hosts had that special Greek hospitality and served an excellent breakfast in the morning and lent supplies for the the beach.

United StatesThe only thing was that the bed wasn’t the most comfortable - there was no comforter or blanket only a thin top sheet that wasn’t very soft. I woke up the next morning with a sore neck, could have just been the way I slept but I think the pillow wasn’t the best. The room also smelled like cigarettes, but there is a sign to not smoke inside so I’m sure that is not the management’s fault. Other than that, beautiful stay, and it was your average hotel bed, I slept well and so my expectations were met. Wish it had another blanket though, I woke up a bit cold one night.
Absolutely beautiful property, classic Cycladian style with plenty of beautiful flora, flowers and plants. Great location near the port but also near the main street of the town. The hospitality and helpful staff are some of the best I’ve ever had, they truly try to make it so you have the best stay possible. They picked me up and dropped me off from the ferry and carried my luggage. The family owners are very sweet and helpful, they gave great recommendations and checked in on me as I passed through the lobby everyday. I appreciated this, especially as a solo woman traveler! They also let me stay on the property and use the pool and shower after checkout as my ferry didn’t depart for a few hours. The room was beautiful and clean, the maid came in the morning while I was at breakfast. The breakfast was delightful and delicious, I appreciated it being open 3 hours of 8am to 11am. The pool and setting overlooking the ocean port is like out of a dream. So thankful to have this experience!

Perfect hotel run by a lovely family! It's close to the city center and just some steps from the beach and the port. The hotel is beautiful, our room was very comfortable, with a balcony. The breakfast was delicious! They picked us up and took us to port and helped us with everything we asked. Sofia, Helena and the husband are so friendly! We missed our vacations very much and certainly, we will return!

Everything! The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great view from my room and also from the swimming pool/breakfast area. The hotel is perfectly maintained and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Great breakfast served every morning. Also the staff was amazing: Panagiotis, Eleni and Sophia are a very sweet family who run the hotel. Their attentiveness, kindness and friendliness made my stay an unforgettable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Koufonisia in the future and I hope be back soon. Thank you all for such a lovely experience! 💙

Wonderfully Warm welcome awaited us from Eleanor, Sofia and their family. Ideally situated close to the port, village and stunning beaches. Exceptional hotel providing a “delicious “ breakfast of homemade produce including Spanikopita and Apple strudel. Modern, boutique vibe with attention to detail and immaculately clean. Stunning pool with sea views. We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed an extra night and will definitely be back!

Everything. Family run property and we were welcomed and treated like family from the moment we arrived with smiles and a welcome drink. So many examples of great hospitality with warmth and thoughtfulness going above and beyond what you would expect. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. Breakfast was extensive with great produce. We loved our stay here and it is a stand out accomodation for us on our 5 week tour of Europe with many hotels.

BUT the best was the staff. The two ladies were amazingly nice and let us feel like coming home. They were always around and gave us good tips on what to do on the island.
