The staff were amongst the most friendly we have ever since encountered. Always happy and always willing to do anything for us. The food was great, buffets can be hit or miss and this was definitely a hit. Amazing selection. The Japanese restaurant was excellent. the Greek restaurant was okay, needs to change its entrees as they were subpar. The pools were great and the entertainment staff always provided something to do (if you wanted to….football, darts, ping pong, beach volleyball etc)

They probably needed a few more staff on the bar at night, but everyone was working their socks off all the same. And I put DND on my door to save towels etc but they cleaned it anyway. 😆 too conscientious! The short pool hours might suit families but there isn’t a quiet morning or evening time for adults wanting to do a few undisturbed lengths. And the beach is more to sit on / look at, I was very disappointed as a swimmer that the sea was far too shallow for most of the area near the hotel to swim, as the pools and sea were the main reasons I chose this hotel, I was surprised no one mentioned this in their reviews. Luckily I found nice beaches in town and the bus wasn’t too far.

The food was excellent, plenty of vegetarian choice. Lovely deserts and poolside snacks and so much fruit and salad. The restaurant staff were absolutely lovely. Staff were all very good and super friendly. The decor was lovely, rooms are fantastic. Great day trips and activities to sign up to. I did aqua dance and yoga classes with the brilliant young animators. Easy to get to the historic town and wander - especially at night when town livens up. Handy having a little shop on site.

A very picky point: the portions in the asian restaurant were a bit too small for 2 people to share. Especially when we were so used to the feast at the buffet!

Our stay was perfect. Staff, room, pool, food etc were all excellent. The availability and choice of food and drink were fantastic and the sunbeds were so comfortable. The Greek restaurant was also a particular treat.

Absolutely nothing!

This is an excellent hotel in a good location 15-20 minutes from the airport. The staff were all friendly and did everything possible to make our stay perfect. We were greeted with cool flannels and a refreshing drink even before check in. The hotel had 2 pools and a small private beach area, all of which were beautifully maintained. The food was amazing with plentiful hot and cold buffets in the main dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was always fresh, varied and delicious. The Greek restaurant was great and the poolside snackeria was also delicious. There was live music most evenings too with two large bar/lounge areas serving great drinks including cocktails and mocktails which were all included in the All Inclusive package. We had a wonderful relaxing break at this lovely hotel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The room was good for us 3 adults as there were two full size single beds as well as a double, all of which were very comfortable. There was a room safe which was useful. The hotel also provided pool towels daily which was a bonus.

the queue for the bar during the evening was a little long but nothing major.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive! The food was always up to standard and the facilities were incredible. We especially loved the circle beds near the pool area.

The facilities on offer were good such as tennis courts however the equipment was very poor quality, the tennis rackets were terrible, basically broken, you could not play with them, the tennis balls just as bad. There was a football pitch but no football to play with. Considering it was a five star hotel and there were lots of useful activities to use, you would think someone would keep an eye on the equipment required to play with and spend a couple of hundred euros on buying new sporting equipment to use these facilities. I have never been to a five star hotel where i had to go into a room with one iron where everyone in the hotel has to line up to iron their clothes. For five star if i wanted to use an iron and iron board in my room that should be possible.

It was close to the airport and the old town. Easy access to the port to visit other places. Friendly staff all of the time. Clean hotel, lots of sunbeds and places to relax, the beach was good to have.

The food was great, full of local flavours and with a great choice. The place was very clean with lovely details, I loved the high quality design of the room and the dining areas. There is a great children’s play area with a pool which we found very useful for looking after our autistic son and actually being able to relax at the same time :-). We highly recommend the place and wish to come back!

There could have been more evening entertainment

The location is absolutely stunning . The hotel is right on the water with amazing mountains all around. The facilities were great and food was really good. We will be back!
