Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Beautiful, simple and elegant, very clean, 100% Greek atmosphere. our flight was terribly delayed so we got there in the middle of the night but they kindly waited for us! Tiny room with only the very basics provided - such as shower gel (so no body cream or hair conditioner) but you really don’t need more if you want to explore the island and just have a very pleasant stay. Super friendly staff!

It was just a little too far out of Charnia to walk but buses and taxis were readily available and inexpensive.

The culture set by management means everyone feels part of a family and staff can’t do enough for their guests.

Breakfast was great, the breakfast area was spotlessly clean, staff were attentive and the food was perfect. Agood selection of hot and cold food, cereal, yoghurts and fresh fruit. The pool was a good size, again clean and looked well maintained. Plenty of loungers around the pool. 2euro's to get a pool towel.

It's very cozy and it has all the essentials that a decent hotel provides. It is anything you need it to be. There is room service or you can use the little kitchenette. The room is clean and functional. The WIFI is VERY good! Very friendly staff! Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere! The breakfast is very complete! The location is very good in my opinion (it could be much farther). The parking facilities are also very good.

The location isn't very central, so you likely need a car to get around. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable.

The hotel was great but the owners were what really made the stay perfect. They are so lovely and helpful and want to make sure you enjoy and make the most of the holiday. The food at the restaurant was some of the best we had on the island. Location wise you can easily walk to lovely local beaches or to get into old town you can jump on a bus or this is just a 35 minute walk. Would 100% stay again.

The only little downside was the breakfast. It was exactly the same every day, and it was good but not great (for me, a carnivorous dude. My significant other found it very good (but still a bit repetitive).

The owners were really REALLY nice. We got a rather big upgrade coming there : from simple hotel room to a small flat with a kitchen and a nice view, and a cute little doggy that we petted quite a lot ! The place is great, very close to the beach and to the very beautiful city of Chania. Breakfest was replenished regularly, nothing was ever missing. But most of all, as I said, the owners were awesome. Very helpful, giving us a lot of itineraries and places to visit, while being funny and kind !
