Very nice location close to the center. In addition it was quiet and soundproof inside. The apartment was new, modern and spacious. Two bedrooms and a living room, each with air conditioning and a terrace. Well equipped kitchen. Extremely clean and well maintained. There is a great barbecue and garden. Easy accessible parking, just in front of the hotel. The host Thomas is a very kind, helpful and understanding person. His wife had prepared a cake for welcoming us, which was very kind jester. We had a problem with the car and I am extremely grateful for the help and assistance. He helped us with the luggage and communication with the service.

Apartments located near the port and center of Vasiliki. Equipped with kitchenette, air conditioning, very well maintained. Friendly and polite hosts. Everyday cleaning, towels and linen changed each 2 or 3 days.

The bed is to firm, couldn't sleep for the first couple of nights. There is a building under construction in front of the apartment.

Very nice place, hosts were wonderful and really kind. They really care about the cleaning and service, offering the umbrellas for the beach, and fresh towels daily. The village is small so you can reach the port, beach or the market within the 5min walking distance. The apartment was quite big with living room bedroom bathroom and 3 balconies :)

Absolutely nothing!

Absolutely perfect! Quiet Location, parking place, walking distance to the downtown & shops. Very clean room, noce welcome package. You have everything you need there. They also have window blinds that can make complete dark in the room which was amazing in order to sleep longer in the mornings. And the owners are amazing people. I fully recommend!!!!

We had a nice stay at Kavidias Apartments. The apartments are walkable to anything you might need, but back from the main road so parking and driving are a little easier. The owners are very kind and even helped us with a flat tire as we were checking out. We would stay there again when in the area.

The rooms are spacious, spotless clean, with all the facilities you may need, very comfortable and with a beautiful design. Each apartment has multiple spacious terraces where you can dry towels/clothes and one balcony with a table and chairs. Wifi works perfectly, we worked remotely from here with no issues. It is located very close to all the shops, restaurants and rental places in Vasiliki. Most of the best beaches are easily reachable by car from here. Hosts are very nice and friendly.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and clean. Every day, the maid takes out the trash, cleans the apartment if necessary, washes the dishes, makes the bed, changes the towels or bed linen. She is very friendly, as are the reception staff. The location is perfect, close to the center where there are shops and restaurants. I recommend this place to everyone, and we would love to come back here when we come to Lefkada again.

The bed from the room is very comfortable, but the coach in the living is less comfortable.

The apartment was clean and it has a spacious balcony for each room, one of them had a table where you could comfortably eat or drink something. The owner was very hospitable and even let us use the washing machine free of charge. It has a good location, close to the beach and the restaurant area. We would stay again here if we were to visit Lefkada again.

Gorgeous apartments, equipped with everything you need for your vacation. A walking distance to the town center, restaurants, harbor, and a beach. Parking is available nearby. Welcoming appetizers and departure gifts, everyday cleaning, and often towel replacement. Very kind and friendly hospitality. We will definitely be back again.

My family and I are so happy with our stay at Kavadias Apartments that I don't know where to start...The hosts welcomed us very kindly - with a smile and a homemade cake with a few drinks in the fridge. The apartment exceeded our expectations because it was much more spacious than we imagined. It felt like we were in a 5 star hotel because they cleaned our place every day, changed our towels and sheets regularly, took out our trash, etc. All of this was done very unobtrusively, as if a fairy appeared every day to maintain cleanliness and order. :)) Conversations with the hosts were casual and friendly, they were extremely helpful and considerate of us and our requests. Overall the accommodation is located meters from the centre and yet it is very quiet, the kitchen is well equipped and allows for home cooked meals when you get bored of restaurants. The apartment we stayed in had three terraces which created an extra sense of space, one terrace next to the kitchen had a dining table with stools (inside too) and the other had a clothes dryer with clips left. The terrace with the table and chairs had a spectacular view of the mountains. The common areas were also very well kept and clean. I will end by saying that the place definitely exceeded our expectations, but our hosts also turned out to be amazing people. It was a pleasure for us to interact with them. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Great location, very clean, comfortable..I was impressed. When we arrived we had in our rooms a homemade cake, beer, juice. It was my sister’s birthday and I asked them for a bakery before we arrived and when she arrived she found a gift from them in the room. They were cleaning the rooms daily. Close to the beach…with rocks. The sand beach is 1,3 km away. It is very close to the center,close to supermarkests and tavernas ( less than 5 min walking). If I will be again in Vasiliki for sure this will be my choice. Thank you for making our vacation perfect.

We had a great time here and we will surely come back! The apartment looked better than in the photos and the cleaning lady came everyday in order to clean the place which was very much appreciated. We had 2 balconies which was a plus and the view was really nice. We also had a good sleep due to the quiet area. The owner was very nice to us, always smiling and being kind. The accommodation is very close to the port so there are many restaurants that you can walk to. There are also coffee places, small shops and bakeries at a 5 min walk.

May be there is something I didn't like it but definitely there is more to like it.

It is a perfect place to stay with the family. All the utility are new and working perfectly, you didn't need anything. A nice lady step by everyday and clean the apartment. The bed it's very comfy.

Nothing at all

The apartment we stayed in was really wonderful - large rooms, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels were changed daily. Extremely clean and tidy place to stay. The owner is very kind and responsive. On arrival we were greeted with a homemade chocolate cake - an extremely kind gesture. The location of the apartments is wonderful - very close to the port, but still quiet and peaceful. I recommend Kavadias apartments to everyone who wants to enjoy the wonderful Lefkada!

Our second time here because it is very close to the port of Vasiliki with many restaurants and a very good base for exploring Lefkada beaches. We had everything we needed in the apartment, parking is big and free. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
