My main issue was that the wifi quality was poor (I had to work remotely one day) and because the room is below ground, we didn't have good mobile coverage either making it challenging. Finally, parking was a bit challenging in the area but it may have been that particular weekend that was very busy.

Breakfast was great and the stuff very friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient for visiting the historical monuments around.

Very quiet inside the castle walls, yet only a few steps from the centre of the action in restaurants and bars, as well as the historic sites. Elegant and comfortable, with a particularly lovely breakfast display. The hosts are charming - this is their family’s house.

The shower door did not close fully.

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, which helped us to enjoy the city more. Additionally, they give you a permit, o that you can leave your car inside the castle. The room was cozy. The breakfast was amazing, with homemade cooking.

The rooms are not that large and parking can be tricky, you have to be lucky to find a spot.

Breakfast was served on a lazy Susan wooden platter and looked beautiful For us, there was too much, but our second morning they kindly served exactly what we asked for so there was no waste. Yoghurt and honey and nutswere superb..

Our stay was wonderful! The lady at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful. We booked a budget room for one night, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, the mattress was comfortable, and the entire place was peaceful and quiet. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the lake and close to the old town. Parking was also a breeze. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of traditional options. The only suggestion I'd make is to include a few more savory items. Overall, a great experience!

This is more an elegant boutique hotel than a guesthouse. Room finishes are lovely, it has fabulous air conditioning and the garden courtyard which is where breakfast was served was cool and inviting. The staff were beyond helpful and the location in the old part of town was perfect . We expected a simple guesthouse but this is much more. Highly recommended.

Just perfect! The atmosphere is fantastic. The rooms are nice and clean. Above all, the hospitality is superb!!! The breakfast amazing, since they provide a huge plate with many options of local tastes. The location is within few mins of walk from the center. Absolutely worthy choice!!!

Small and pleasant hotel in the old city of Ioannina with easy access to the life of the city but just outside of the hustle and bustle to make it quiet and relaxing. The staff are very attentive and the breakfast tasty and very good value for money (I challenge anyone to try and it all). Everything was clean and comfortable and we would surely return again. Thank you for a lovely stay and to George's for the good recommendations regarding the restaurants and awesome rock bars we asked for :-)
