We truly had the most wonderful time at this accommodation. It was a family owned business and you could tell. They made sure that we felt comfortable every single day. And they always put a smile on our face during the morning breakfast moments. The rooms were clean. And the interior was simple and timeless. The WiFi was fine. And the breakfast itself was really nice. Everyday was different. They requested a cab for us to go to the airport as well. We had a wonderful stay. I wish them all the best as well!

The economy rooms were literally very close to each other, we could listen to what’s happening in other rooms and did not find the rooms having sound proofing. I had asked for early check in since we had an early morning flight, Although it took us around 12-1pm to reach, but still the rooms weren’t ready. Seeing us tired they arranged for room withing next half an hour

I liked everything!

I loved my stay here so much and didn't want to leave. The rooms were impeccably clean, the breakfast was excellent and the owner and staff were very friendly and kind. I enjoyed staying in Perissa and being away from the crowds on the rest of the island and next to the beautiful beaches.

This place is just amazing, so comfortable room well equipped and designed with delicious breakfast served every morning and close to everything, Perissa Beach, super markets, restaurants, bus stops.. The hotel staff is very nice, the manager and his wife, and, especially Eve, is the nicest and cute person you'll meet in Greece. So many good things for this low price are a luxury in Santorini.

The only thing I did not like was not having a kettle in my room. Being a big tea drinker from England, I am used to making tea as part of my daily routine. We were allowed to go to reception to request a tea but sometimes this was a nuisance. I recommend a self service tea, coffee and hot drinks maker machine being installed at reception.

Kastelli Luxury Rooms was brilliant accommodation. It was super comfortable, clean and not far from Santorini airport. It was also located a few minutes away from a bus stop and took only thirty minutes to get to Fira. On arrival at the hotel, we were greeted with a glass of orange juice which was a pleasant surprise. Hospitality and welcome was excellent. I loved the balcony in my room and the facility to hang out my washed clothes. The breakfast was superb. It was like a three course meal that set you up for the day ! I also loved the fact that they provided a 1.5 litre bottle of water daily in your fridge. That meant I had enough water to drink for the whole day. I also used the airport transfer that they provided to the airport on the last day which was excellent value for money. I also loved the fact that the hotel was surrounded by a good range of restaurants to eat at and Perissa black beach ( which was stunning) was under a 5 minute walk away.

The owner and the staff made our stay unforgettable: the owner waited for us on our arrival at around 1am. The next morning, the owner and the staff served the breakfast with big smiles. They are always caring and available to answer our questions. We felt like being their family and missed them after our departure. What's more: convenient location (bus stop, many restaurants, bakery, beach are within short walking distance), extremely comfortable bed, clean room, delicious breakfast. The owner also helped us to rent a car. Thank you very much Fanis & your family!

Great room with plenty of space, super comfortable bed and an excellent location at a very affordable price. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and made us feel very comfortable, they went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed.

I loved everything about Kasteli Rooms! The room was sparkling clean, everything was new, the breakfast was delicious every morning and the hosts kind and friendly. Mr Fanis and his family will do everything do make you feel comfortable. Also, the property is very near the beach and the bus station. I totally recommend it! Cannot wait to visit again.

The breakfast that comes included is an interesting setup. The breakfast is served at the restaurant Balance, which is part of the hotel. The menu items have a fee but the bread, juice and coffee are free. We just went for the juice and coffee, which seemed acceptable to the waitress, but we weren't sure at first if this was okay. It was just different from anything we have seen in terms of how a hotel with breakfast included sets things up.

The property manager was very friendly and very attentive to our questions and needs the whole time. The location of the hotel is excellent-- super close walk to the beach and many nice seafront restaurants close by. The room was very clean, the bed, AC and shower were all very nice. We were in one of the newer rooms, which was nice and new but did not have a balcony like the older rooms. We were very happy with our stay here.

The breakfast was a bit unusual and limited. A fixed and pretty limited menu at a nearby restaurant. It was fine for us in having something quick and light but those expecting something special or a full English will be very disappointed

The room, including the bed, shower, lighting and cleanliness were excellent. The staff were great, very helpful and accommodating. There's no pool but the location is very close to the beach, a bus stop and two travel agents. We didn't hire a car but there was also a big car park next door.

Everything was great!

We stayed in the new building, where everything was new and modern. Very comfortable beds, close to the beach, shops or bus station. The breakfast was amazing, you could choose from 5 different types of breakfast, coffee, water and orange juice were included. We had 10% discount for eating the other meals at their resutaurant. Everyone was very friendly...we felt like home.
