10 out of 10 for the personal and friendly service. We were treated like family and a home made breakfast was included every morning. It was minutes away from beaches, bars, restaurants and the local bus service. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay at Kasteli again should we return. Many thanks to Fani and his wife Vicky for the beautiful memories.

The only thing (which I knew when booking), is that the place is not *on* the beach, but Parissa is so tiny, it's meaningless unless you want that as a view.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely terrace looking into the courtyard. The place is family run, and they were all exceptionally helpful and lovely, let me enter the room earlier since it was free, and stay later at checkout since the other guests were arriving later. Helped with an airport taxi etc. The room was cleaned every day, air conditioning worked great, and it's a short walk from the beach, what's not to like?

We really enjoyed our stay at Kastelli luxury rooms. Most importantly I would like to mention that all the staff were amazing!!!!! They made us feel very comfortable and I must admit that they made our stay better than I had expected. I would definitely stay there again and again.

Beautiful accommodation just a street away from Perissa beach and all the restaurants. Access to Fira and other locations is easy by bus. The staff was so friendly. Breakfast every day was served and was different every day. They were very flexible with any wishes or requirements. We really enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return back next year. Transfer from the airport was also an option.

The family who runs the hotel is very hospitable and take care of all wishes that one might have. Good location (only few minutes walking distance to the beach). Good value for money.

Top spot to stay when in Santorini! The owners who are also the hosts are the sweetest people. They made us feel like home. The property is super clean and on very convinient place. You have everything you need so close by, including the Black sand beach in Perissa.

Very nice stuff! I felt at home here! very nice and friendly atmosphere. The owners were very kind to us. I recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Santorini and especially the Perissa part. The hotel is more like a guest house, which was awesome! The room was clean, equipped with everything needed (air conditioning, fridge, big shower, etc). The Staff was super friendly, they did their best to accomodate our needs and always provided great assistance! The english breakfast is abundant, the hotel is near markets, 2 bus stops and the beach...super convenient! I really appreciated the small terrace, perfect to chill after a long, hot day. The Staff can also arrange for shuttle transfers from/to the airport and private trips. What can I say, I'd definitely stay here again if going to Santorini!

There wasn't anything that I don't like.

Lovely place run by familly! Everything was great, starting from a breakfast and finishing at the facilities. And I'm telling you those breakfast were amazing. Every day different one, made specially for you by the owner. Room was cleaned every day and the fresh towels were provided. Fully recommend this place and we will definitely be back there.

I did miss having the chance to make a cup of tea (being English! ) but when I mentioned this to the housemaid, she immediately offered to go & make me one! I said this wasn't necessary. She had already been so helpful if I needed anything else. So there was nothing, really , which I didn't like! !

The breakfasts were specially prepared by the host who seemed to me to be a 5* cook & really set me up for the day. Any special requests were catered for (such as gluten free for a couple of days). Nothing was ever too much trouble & the hosts & staff made me feel at home. The air conditioning in the room was a godsend in the extremely hot weather!!

We truly had the most wonderful time at this accommodation. It was a family owned business and you could tell. They made sure that we felt comfortable every single day. And they always put a smile on our face during the morning breakfast moments. The rooms were clean. And the interior was simple and timeless. The WiFi was fine. And the breakfast itself was really nice. Everyday was different. They requested a cab for us to go to the airport as well. We had a wonderful stay. I wish them all the best as well!

The economy rooms were literally very close to each other, we could listen to what’s happening in other rooms and did not find the rooms having sound proofing. I had asked for early check in since we had an early morning flight, Although it took us around 12-1pm to reach, but still the rooms weren’t ready. Seeing us tired they arranged for room withing next half an hour

The property was good , located at a convenient location from the bus stops as well as beaches
