Honestly, i didn't know that my terrace is shared with two other rooms . I think only two or three balconies are really private, the rest of them can't be called balconies as are shared with other rooms, on the ground floor or on 1st level "corridor/way", where the customers are passing to get inside their rooms or to go up (like my case) in my room . I think this should be mentioned in the hotel description to be aware for the people who want more privacy .Actuallly there is a table and two chairs in front of each doors. The 2nd thing is the bathroom, but i have read replies from host to other comments/reviews, that in the future these will be renovated. I attached two pics with the breakfast for two persons and the shared terrace from the triple room. I hope i did not upset the host with my review and wish them all the best!

Very, very nice is the host and willing to help u. Bus station is about 200m away and also a very good tavern with good suflaki/gyros and a supermarket near it. Breakfast is more than enough, very good coffee. Room cleaning every day.

Didn’t like the bathroom. Had to continuously look to make sure the water during shower would not “flood” out. Was logged out from Netflix after the second day and couldn’t log into it at all as it wasn’t in English.

The owners of the property were nice, warm and friendly and were helpful. Loved how they could remember their guests names.

It was a very nice time we spend there. Quiet rooms, clean and enough soace. Every day clean towels. In the morning a very beautiful breakfast spot. the people are very friendly and helpful. Even so nice we booked for another few days. Thank you !

The only thing is that it happened to be very windy the days we stayed and the noise coming from the door sounded like a storm. I would think it is like that everywhere on the island though.

The owners were very nice and friendly, even offered to pick us up from the ferry with an hour's notice and let us check in early. The building seems very well maintained, and modern. The size of the room and bathroom were reasonable. The balcony was huge. The breakfast that came including coffee/tea, orange juice, bread with jams, pastries and fruit. If taking the bus the stop is close by for those not renting a car if not they have free parking.

We were very disappointed. The room looks way better in photos. I was shocked about how awful the bathroom was, the toilet was completely stained, the door and the mirror were rusty. It looked like it was last renovated in 1996. The room was small, it had a too big and noisy fridge, a super old and smelly wardrobe, and a shared balcony. The location is 10 minutes by car from centre (we knew that, no problem here) but the price we paid for one night here was the price we paid for another night in a way newer, comfy room in centre. It really needs a big renovation. This is an honest review: the breakfast and the staff were the only things that helped us get over the disappointment.

The staff was absolutely lovely, the outside of the building was super nice and the fact that they served us breakfast was a great thing, considering how expensive is Mykonos.
