Nothing really. If I have to say something: there is no shower curtain, so the bathroom floor gets a little wet.

Great location. It is a really good 'home-base' while doing hiking trails during the day. The beds are great, not too hard like in some other places. Beautiful view from the balcony. The owners are really nice and helpful.

Very good value for money. Easy to park the car, Very nice pool, deck chairs, lovely big garden to relax with lots of shade, very friendly owners. We had room number 2 on the ground floor. Very clean and spacious with a very good bed, nice terrace for breakfast. Visited The old Venetian Bridge, the two monasteries, Preveli (early in the morning) the beaches nearby and of course Plakias a very charming place to have a stroll, a drink a an evening meal. The sunsets are gorgeous there! Would definitely stay again!

This establishment is lovely. Only 2 km away from Plakias city center (I actually jogged to town one morning), nestled in a beautiful garden with olive trees, a pool and plenty of parking space. The studio was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped and there were compliments waiting for us because I mentioned during the booking that this was our anniversary trip. Our host Georgia was super friendly, we loved her, definitely will be booking again next time. Even in the end of the season Georgia was enthusiastic and took time to give us ideas on what to do and where to go. Thank you, keep up the good work!

Absolutely nothing to complain about!

We absolutely loved our stay with Georgia and her family. The apartment had everything we needed for self catering with a lovely balcony, access to a dining table in the garden and a gorgeous pool. The location was brilliant, we visited 9 different beaches in 6 days, all within 15 minutes drive and Kourtaliotiko Gorge is also within a close drive and a must do. We can't speak highly enough of our hosts, homemade lemonade, bread, the cutest dog and even help with our car when we had an issue - it's truly a home away from home.

I loved everything about this beautiful home and wonderful hosts!

Everything about Kassiani Studios was amazing. The wonderful hosts and family so kind, so generous and helpful, felt like home from home. The room was beautifully decorated, large and spacious and airy with lovely outlooks from each large window. The patio perfect for the evenings and its location was minutes away from fabulous beaches and a local shop for basic needs. The swimming pool and Olive orchard garden was a delight with hammocks, and sunloungers...it was perfect! The Bus stops across the road steps away to get into Plakias and Rethymno.

Some motorbikes passing on the street are very loud.. - This is of course an external factor.

Nice guesthouse close to Damnoni Beach (just about 12 minutes on foot). The rooms are large and have a big balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Fantastic to relax under one of the olive trees in the garden. Georgia, the owner is super helpful with short response time on WhatsApp.

It was too far to walk to Plakias for dinner but nice and quiet. Wifi not good

Bright and spacious room with very comfortable bed and nice balcony/deck with table & chairs. Mrs. Kassianni was very hospitable and it was a very pleasant stay. We liked the proximity to Damnoni Beach, long walk but very quick and easy drive.

Lack of automated thermostat, we had to wake up multiple times during the night to turn on and off the air conditioning. Pillows were not comfortable.

The owner, Georgia, was very welcoming and offered us home made lemonade, which was delicious! The scenery was idyllic, surrounded by mountains and olive trees. We had a nice time at the pool during a windy day. The room is fully equipped for everything, and with the windows and doors closed, very quiet - however, with them opened, it was noisy because of the main road. The room was also kept clean every day.

At the tie of year we arrived facilities in the location were not all open meaning we needed to use the car more than we hoped.
