Gorgeous hotel in the heart of Imerovigli, Santorini. The view from our room was incredible. The service was amazing and we loved having breakfast delivered to our room every morning. The staff really went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience.

Unmatched views over the Caldera made it easy to stay put! We had our own dedicated terrace which was about 20 sqm in size where we spent a lot of time staring at the view, having a drink and then having breakfast in the morning. The staff were fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay there.

Saudi Arabiasince the price is high we thought we would be getting more services : no free water to the room , no private shuttle at least once a day , no driver working for the hotel , breakfast was good but the filter coffee they provided the cheep filter peices not an actual filtered coffee , our room had a small glass window above the door which was very high and had no curtain the sun bothered us also the wifi lights were very bright when we tried to sleep ,
we took the honeymoon suite with outdoor hot tub with caldera view , thankfully we got it exactly as the poctures we booked because we need the hot tub to be a bit private and not seen by others while we're in it, i liked the location in "imerovigli" quieter than Fira and Oia and is located between them closer to fira , but that had a downside , transport is very expensive in Santorini and we wanted to take the bus we heard it doesnot stop in imerovigli , goes only from Fira to Oia directly only 1 stop

Staff were exceptional and organised transport whenever we needed it, as well as booking additional tours. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

GermanyWe stayed at the honeymoon suite at this resort and it was a fabulous honeymoon. The view is gorgeous, pictures don’t do justice to it. Breakfast is mediocre, but the eggs were really tasty. The jacuzzi was 24/7 warm, at night really a beautiful experience but during the day and the heat we didn’t really enjoy it. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and kind and always cater to you. They also rented an ATV for us. They have other activities as well and informed us about them well before our trip. The location is also perfect, Imerovigli wasn’t crowded and we had privacy in our outdoor jacuzzi, something that was important for us.

IsraelWe ordered a transfer from the airport, but they forgot to meet us. After 20 minutes of waiting, the driver arrived. In the evening, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Unfriendly waiters, tasteless food. We really regretted that we booked a table there. Breakfast should also be improved. For example, add cheese to the menu instead of a large selection of sweets. The room is good, but it does not have a coffee machine, no black tea, no cotton pads, shower caps. There was no privacy on the terrace. On the right side there is a staircase that everyone uses. On the left you can see everything that is on the terrace of another room. The staff at the hotel is unfriendly. The prices are too high. We felt like unwanted guests at the hotel.
