We really liked Barbara's hospitality.Room was very well prepared and clean. The location was good. When you go down the stairs right next to it, you can easily reach the seaside.

The room was exceptionally clean, and communicating with Niko and his family was effortless. They are genuinely kind people. The location is also excellent, just a short 3-4 minute walk to the restaurants and the beach in Kokkari.

Absolutely amazing hosts. Very prompt responses and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, including during the first few cooler days/nights. The room had a breathtaking view and everything we needed. It was clean and tidy, with very comfortable beds (and was quiet at night) making for super relaxing sleep.

Nothing! I wish I could go back!

Everything was perfect! Kokkari IS so lovely, the owner IS great, the studio gives you a view in paradise. There is a beach, 2minutes by walking, it IS THE paradise on earth. You have everything you need in the studio. Right in the centre with many restaurants, bars and everything ! I want to go back! Wonderful stay. The lady who cleans IS so lovely too. Thank you very much. Oooh and the bed are Amazing!

The bathroom doesn't have ventilation at all and we had to keep the doors open all the times. Please, do smth. with it. The outside space is shared with the other studio, but we saw our neighbour only once. :)

Very friendly owners, although not English-speaking. However, there was a possibility to contact via messengers with their English-speaking son, but we didn't have a lot to discuss with him. :) According to us, the location is great, far enough from the crowds, but closer to the smaller Kokkari beach with less waves. We stayed in a studio on the ground floor, it was big enough for us and because of the continuous wind and shady area we didn't use the A/C at all. The beds were the most comfortable than in all three places we stayed in Samos. Great qualiity/price ratio.

As a passionate Booking enthusiast who has stayed in many cities and islands around the world, I'm writing this review to share my experience. Despite there being fewer than five rooms at this hotel, the staff seem to forget their guests every day, and we have to introduce ourselves over and over again. We parked our small car, which took up hardly any space, in the area below the hotel. It wasn’t obstructing any entrances or exits, either for pedestrians or vehicles, yet we were still yelled at by the hotel owners, who shouted from above, claiming it was a private parking area. When we explained that we were hotel guests, they responded with, “Oh, okay.” On the second night, while we were sitting on our balcony, the male owners, both the father and son, shouted up at two female guests on their balcony, asking loudly enough for everyone to hear, “Didn’t we tell you not to park there?” How rude is that! When we explained that there was no parking available in the city area as it was very crowded that day, and that our car wasn’t blocking anyone, the owners rudely replied, “That’s not our problem. You shouldn’t have parked there.” Finally, when we told them that we would be leaving the next morning, they simply said, “Good.” Our neighbor, a German lady, was supportive and told us, “What a rude family and management! We don’t treat visitors to our country this way.” Their rudeness, sexism, and complete lack of understanding of how to treat guests were overwhelming. One day, I wanted to make a salad at the hotel, and the only ingredient I was missing was olive oil. Given this is a country and island known for its olive oil, and that every Greek person I’ve met before has treated us like family, I politely asked for just two tablespoons of olive oil for my salad. Despite the whole family living upstairs, they didn’t even give me those two tablespoons. Unfortunately, humanity, kindness, respect, and hospitality seem to have bypassed the owners of this hotel.

The only nice thing was the stunning view from the room! But unfortunately, the lack of humanity and proper management sometimes overshadowed even that view.
