The hotel is amazing! The view is breathtaking, the room was excellent, the staff was super nice and helpful in any way possibly needed, even tips on where to go and what to see! If I go back to Samos this would be the place to be! I had never been in a better hotel in this class!

Bathroom got all wet after shower

Everything, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable, the view was beautiful, the pool was nice, the only thing was far from the centre but we were driving so not a problem for us

Unfortunately, a clothes drying rack was missing, which I think is a must at a holiday hotel. We stayed above the technical rooms, and their noise was quite annoying.

The staff's hospitality and their attention to our inquiries were excellent. It's a new and very charming hotel. They do their best to meet customer expectations. We had a nice, comfortable stay at the hotel.

This in our view is the best hotel on Samos. A lovely elevated view across to Kokari. A perfect room with private balcony. A great bathroom with everything provided. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices. A lovely pool area and good bar snacks and drinks available all day. A very well run hotel with great and friendly staff. The hotel is lovely and located on a hill with a great panorama. Every single person of the staff is extremely kind and helpful. I felt welcomed and I was given plenty of information about facilities and the island in general. I appreciated the care, the smiles and the positive behaviour of the 2 receptionists and in general of every single person of the staff. I would recommend this hotel 100%. You made my holidays even more enjoyable, thank you.

The bed was not a double bed but instead two single beds put together. It was a little bit uncomfortable because of that.

Breakfast was delicious but I’d expect more variety.

Room was exactly as in the photos with amazing view. Because the hotel is on the top of a hill, it’s better to rent a car. Anyway, you will need the car to discover the different corners of the island.

The only thing not available was tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but to be fair we didn't miss it, and they offered to provide hot water when ever I wanted it.

The staff was so helpful, and clearly all enjoyed working there. nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent with so many choices and a perfect view of the bay. Our room also had the same view. The room was spacious and had the most comfortable beds. The shower room was beautiful as well, the aircon was just the right temperature. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The pool was excellent and had its own toilets and showers. The shuttle bus to the beaches and village was excellent. It was all perfect and made for a super relaxing holiday

The hotel has just had renovation and the room was so nice; comfortable bed, modern bathroom and nice balcony. And also breakfast was amazing which was above the standarts.

The hotel is located up a hill and while it wasn't an issue for us, some may find it difficult in the heat. Hotel does organise shuttles however to and from Kokkari and the major beaches nearby.
