The only minor inconvenience was that the room was not ready when we arrived, so we had to awkwardly walk around for an hour and a half in the lunch's heat, but, besides that, everything was very good. Also, the parking is on the street, and some spots are held by people renting out cars, but there wasn't any day we had trouble finding a spot.

The place was as described in the pictures, a small apartment. It has everything you need, including air conditioning for the hot Cretan days and nights. Mr John was nice, he even provided us with a beach umbrella when we asked. The location is right next to the beach.

The bathroom had a really small window and the shower head couldn't hand in a higher position, making it difficult to shower properly. But somehow it's manageable

The owners were helpful and flexible in arranging arrival and departure times. The apartment was cleaned almost daily, having sheets and towels changed each three days. This was a plus! And there's working air conditioning, which makes hot nights bearable. The mini kitchen had necessary equipment to prepare breakfast and lunch/dinner for a couple of people. I really liked having two balconies facing a closed court, one for letting swimwear dry, the other one with a small table and chairs.

Close to everything in Platanias and to the beach. Room cleaning almost every day, towels changed every third day. Basic pots and pans etc to make food. Air conditioner, shower, all good. Simple check in, easy checkout.

A/C worked only when you were in the room, but you can live with that.

Is it located very close to the beach in a qiuet street. The bed was comfy. The A/C has been worked only when a keycard was in the slot, so it was getting hot a littlebit when you were gone. The kitchen could be a wec bit better equipped. But overall it was a very good accomodation, I'll book it next year too.

Very nice, cozy and clean apartment, equipped with everything (balcony, kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, etc.) in the center of Platanias, a few steps from the beach and the square where the main bus stop is. Very nice and helpful owner. Shopping malls, super markets, bars, taverns and restaurants are within walking distance. Excellent price considering the costs of nearby structures.

I have just returned from a stay in this location. I was accommodated in a very clean apartment, equipped with everything necessary, close to the beach, and the host was very kind. We will definitely return to this location with great pleasure!

Wifi didn't the reach the bedroom of our apartment but was good in the private living area. Probably that's not the case with other apartments in the house.

Great location, very friendly family host, super clean apartment. Apartment was cleaned everyday which is incredible. Big balcony with lovely side view of Platanias Beach. Free parking in front of the house. Plenty of supermarkets and places to eat and drink within walking distance. Definitely recommended. We would love to stay here again.

The sink was leaking water all over the floor, and there was no shower curtain. Resulting in a completely wet toilet and bathroom. Dried up quickly, but still.

The location was perfect! Everything within walking distance, yet a very quiet and nice neighborhood. Really comfortable beds and aircondition with sleeping/silent mode.

The property is perfectly located on a quiet street, less than 1 minute to the beach and less than 5 minutes to the busy city center with shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms are big and comfortable, extremely clean, the wifi is very good and the large balconies are great. The owners are a really nice family, very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back and highely recommend this place, really great value for money.

I love that the property was clean and the hosts were exceptional friendly and hospitable. It was awesome that other apartments were so close to the beach. I will definitely come back here to stay when I come back to Crete.
