We were met from the port which was a bonus and greeted with a welcome drink when we arrived. The whole check in process was wonderful with detailed explanations of restaurants and the area. The breakfast was fabulous being cooked to order and eating with a lovely view of the pool. The hospitality from the family was above and beyond what we expected and made our stay even better. We can’t wait to go back!

Everything was perfect.

A wonderful family run hotel. We intended to stay 2 nights and stayed for 4 - would have stayed longer if possible. We will visit again in 2025.

An oasis of calm, run by a truly lovely group of people. Our rooms were beautifully decorated and very well maintained. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful breakfast. Checking in, and indeed the whole booking process, was flawless. Recommendations for restaurants, activities and transport were tailored to what we needed. The hotel is set back from the main beach road. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. We had a view of the sea from our balcony. There is parking on site- but we used the local bus service which was frequent and efficient. The pool is well maintained. There are a variety of chairs, loungers and tables. There were three cute cats and a small well behaved dog when we were staying- all three maintained an aloofness that seems to always follow well cared for animals. There was a whole of island power outage during our stay and yet even this unusual event was managed with aplomb- with seamless communication. Our rooms were still cool- thanks to the evening breeze and shutters keeping out the sun. We were collected and dropped off at the port - bookending a glorious family holiday. Our family unanimously voted this stay on Ios as the best ever. Thank you!

That we didn’t stay longer!

By far the best stay we have had in our 2 months travelling Europe! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed with a surprise upgrade and complimentary drink! The room was magnificent and spotless with an amazing view and balcony. The staff are so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was bang for buck, delightful! The pool is great, plenty of beds to lay and relax! The complimentary shuttle bus was a great added bonus. Highly recommend this stay for others!

This was a lovely accomodation in iOS, very quiet and relaxing, away from the party town which was so nice to escape during the day, 5 min walk to the most stunning beach, pool area was fabulous, staff were so accommodating and helpful with free transfer to and from port, would highly recommend!

Excellent breakfast. Omelettes we had were perfect and great drinks selection. The location was great just off of myoplotas beach and an easy bus into town. Free transfer too and from the port and a lovely clean room with views overlooking the sea. Pool facilities also great and not crowded at all

The wind can be very intense but there is nothing they can do about it!!!

The hotel is perfectly situated, at 5 minutes from the beach, the restaurant and the bus stop. So you sleep well and away from the crowd and the party. We had the best breakfast ever, food is so good and our host make the best food. They came to pick us up at the port on our arrival and took care of our transfer for the way back. They suggested us many restaurants and activities and helped us with the weather forecast. The pool is perfect for the refresh after the beach day. Everything was perfect. I will plan another trip for sure with them.

Can’t think of anything

Pickup & dropoff from port. Welcome beer, wine, soft or tea & coffee. Extremely welcoming hosts very informative of local buses,restaurants & sights to see. Short walking distance to beach, restaurants, minimart and bus stop Accommodation is extremely comfortable with little extras that is cleaned daily. Pool is large with plenty of sunbeds and shade. Food & beverages are available throughout the day to purchase, breakfast is yummy.

Accommodation is very well looked after. Studio apartments are very comfortable and a good size. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast here is absolutely delicious. Staff are very attentive and friendly. They really look after their guests, they collected and dropped us off at the port which was very handy.

We loved every single thing about our stay. Not one flaw. The inclusive breakfast we had was astounding, with a new pastry to try every morning. The beach is a 4 min walk away but the pool is spectacular. Lots of awesome restaurants. Getting the bus is super easy. And all the staff always had a smile on their face and were willing to help.

We had a wonderful stay at tze Island House Hotel. The place is lovely and all the family is doing a fantastic job. The hotel is located in a quiet zone, but in 5 minutes by foot you are at the beach and have a wide selection of restaurants and bars. Everything was perfect and we would definitely recommend this place!

Nothing. It was lovely!!

We booked for two days before moving hotel where our family wedding was based. should have stayed here the whole time! Couldn't have been treated better. I hadn't organized a pick from the ferry and when I tried my internet cut out. but to my shock when i got off the ferry, there was a free pick up waiting. We stayed two nights, they drove us to the next hotel with our luggage after we checked out for free. We ended up coming back and staying an other five days after the wedding was done, short walk to the beach and there is a bus that brings you to and from the town for 2 euros. Big pool area, nice breakfast.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

The property is approximatel 300m walk from the main road where buses run every 30 minutes to the little town and the port area. The beach is on the other side of that main road, so very close. It's quiet and my room had a lovely balcony overlooking their pool, as well as the beach. The family running this business are all very welcoming and helpful. They serve breakfast and lighter snacks during the day.
