We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyThe room is very small and the bathroom is really super small. The shower does not have a curtain on the front: it is difficult to use it without wetting the whole floor. The Breakfast shoutd be served much earlier than 07:30 in a hotel bound to be used by travvelers who have to chatch early flights.
The hotel is 5 mins driving from the airport: very good for catching an early flight. The room is clean and confortable and also has a balcony. the breakfast is tasty and complete, in real greek style. Theuy were kind enough to let us have breakfast 15 minutes eralier than opening time due to our early flight. It is remarkable that the hotel, despite being very close to the airport is really silent during the night.

IsraelThe shower chamber is very small and not closed. All the water just runs all over the bathroom leaving no dry spot. The location only suits if you need the airport. You cannot just walk around because there almost no pedestrians path .Just road. Also no public transportation near.

United KingdomToo far from any shop or facility without transport. My room 212 had an open electrical socket containing uncovered & uninsulated wires (live & neutral ) set in the bathroom wall above the towel rack right next to the shower (no shower screen to prevent water spraying in that direction). This was clearly unfinished electrical work - but to leave a fitting unfinished & unprotected right next to a shower is unwise & unsettling. I took photos which I shared with receptionist who agreed.
Room was comfy and balcony a plus. Early evening staff courteous & helpful, later staff unsmiling & short mannered. The breakfast was excellent!

Great location for an overnight stop after a late flight. The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was on late enough so that we could sleep later and had a varied selection of items to choose from. We appreciated the 24 hour reception.

Excellent value £66 for room when arriving late at airport, taxi fare 12-15 euro from airport. Arrived after midnight to be meet by duty manager who made tea/coffee for us which was very welcome. Room is clean and adequate for 1 night stay only down side carpets in room old and worn and urgently need replaced which would improve standards. Breakfast was included in price and staff very good. Would give a 10 but state of carpet in room now give it 8 Overall yes lovely clean modern budget hotel if you arrive late at airport

United Kingdom9 SEPTEMBER UPDATE: After paying at the property at arrival on 21 August and even leaving a review; after returning home the booking as been listed as no-show and today, 9 September, the card originally used for the reservation has been charged AGAIN for the full amount. Absolutely disgraceful! Be careful! I hope to obtain explanation and refund soon.

United StatesSuper convenient to the airport. They have a 24hr shuttle for drop offs from hotel to airport. Also, the bathroom was very modern. Room itself was a bit dated but I still really liked the decor. I wanted to sleep with the balcony door open, but there was a 24hr Greek music club next door and an alarm in the building next door was going off. None of that could be heard with the balcony door closed so it was great. No idea if the air conditioning worked because I didn’t try it.
