Short power and water cut outs were inconvenient (apparantly a Santorini general issue not specific to Ira) but not too major.

Location and facilities are great. Staff are very friendly and attentive.

The cleaning lady seemed rushed and as though she didn’t have enough time to thoroughly clean the room. The rooms are beautiful but will get grubby if they aren’t maintained. The marble sinks show up stains from previous guests and coffee/tea grounds that must have been tipped down the sink by the previous guests were still in the corners of the sink. Such a shame as the quality of the rooms is lovely.

The staff are incredible, from Evi on reception to the breakfast and pool supervisor, porter staff and kitchen staff- so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is everything you would expect for quality and attention to detail. Again nothing was too much trouble.

The room was very nicely designed. Wonderful caldera view. The staff was super kind. We liked the cozy quiet atmosphere. It seems like we were in a separate little village within the village.

The room should have a bigger wardrobe for clothes. We also had a problem with the air conditioning it was very weak. But overall everything else was good.

Our room was amazing. It was as if our room was built into the side of the cliff, felt like a cave. Breakfast was great, lots of options and kept you full. Staff were amazing. Happy to help with any request. The view from the pool area is amazing, as most are in Santorini.

We would have preferred to have more access to a bar or refreshments more throughout the day and evening. It seemed there needed to be more staff. Those who served us were very good, but seemed to be stretched. One day we briefly lost water pressure. It only lasted a little while, but was annoying. The bath room was fine, though the whole room became wet during a shower. You have to be careful to control the shower flow and direction and even then splashing was hard to control

Exceptional location. Our room was comfortable. The views were breathtaking (day and night) The breakfast was quite good. We also enjoyed the pool deck lounging area during our down time.

* The wifi was decent, but it was sometimes weak (that's something that seemed to be the usual case on the whole island) * Cleanliness was ok, but could've been better (in our specific case, there was a rug that seemed to not have been cleaned in a while) and there seemed to be no vacuum being used * The refrigerator in the room did not cool things until they were left inside for 24-48 hours * Stairs to get to the bed seemed unnecessary

It's a pity that the breakfast is in a windowless room when there is a beautiful lounge just across the hall. Also the room was not the cleanest.. some hair in the bathroom and shower that was obviously not ours.

Wonderful staff, beautiful location. We took a budget room with no view but it was perfect for resting and getting used to the time change.

Outstanding service by front house Evi, very kind and helpful. The hotel has an amazing view to Firostefani and is in a perfect location, for me and my wife the best view of all Santorini, close by to Fira and minutes away from Firostefani. Beautiful sunset view from the lounge area or swimming pool. Very recommended for couples.

It was a really nice hotel that I can't find any drawbacks.

The view was marvellous with the caldera. The breakfast was awesome with the 2 pakistani staff, very kind and helpful. The location, firostefanie was a bit far from fira, but you have the bus every 30 mins or 15 mins walk to the centre. The only hic was the wind, it was extremely windy in Santorini but this does not count to the beauty of the hotel.

Stunning views, great room with huge shower and huge bed. Staff very courteous and efficient. V good breakfast. We spent nearly a whole day just relaxing poolside, fantastic outlook
