Don’t likes: Towels and bed sheets were not clean. Even if they change them, the new ones were dirty too. They have to buy new ones.

Likes: Location, in front of the beach. You can walk to city center in 7-8 minutes. Staff was helpful. Room is comfortable with a balcony.

The location is perfect. It’s off the Saint Georges Beach. It’s in the heart of town ( city center ) , extremely close to the Port. The breakfast was lovely , by the beach , with a range of options available.

The shower was small. The room is a basement but we knew it beforehand, it had two little windows.

Location, perfect for a day relaxing at the beach. The breakfast was good with traditional Greek options and classic ones. You have discounts on the sunbeds and the staff is very attentive and quick.

Just a little more space in the bedroom would have been great, but given all the other positives and apart from sleeping we were rarely there this was certainly not a problem and would not deter me from staying again.

Ippokampos was the perfect location for our family. Just on the edge of town so not too busy, but an easy walk into the centre. We loved the beachfront location, the excellent breakfasts, the discounted beach lounges for hotel guests which we used nearly every day. The staff were amazing with excellent restaurant and beach service, and even the cleaner was always so happy. Parking was not a problem when we hired a car and we really considered our stay excellent value. Such a clean and beautiful place. plus we had a lovely small balcony that looked out to sea for our evening drinks and snacks.

The reception and manager were never there to assist with questions. It was left up to the head female waitress who was working 14 hour days to assist guests and she did a remarkable job. No comfortable seat in the room to relax,write or watch TV.

Great location close to beach and town and port. Fantastic breakfast. Food and drinks staff gave good service, especially the female head waitress.

This hotel is truly beachfront. Check-in was easy. We were on the second floor and there is no elevator so be aware of that if you have issues with stairs. We were able to walk into Naxos Town easily every day but were away from the hustle and bustle. We had an excellent stay here.

This hotel was perfect for our 3 day stay in Naxos. The balcony view each morning was stunning, you could also view the sunset in the evening! It was a short walk to the town and port. The staff were friendly, Yanis in particular went above and beyond! I would recommend to stay here 😎 also the breakfast was lovely, right at the beach. Perfect setting.

The hotel is right on the waterfront and only a 10 minute easy walk to the town. We had a part Seaview room which had a lovely small balcony looking onto the beach. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is provided at the beachfront which is just lovely ( and delicious). Everything was easy, great at the end of a 4 week trip. It’s not super luxurious but it’s really nice and feels authentic

If you are a big person, the bed and bathroom space might be a bit of a challenge.

Great beachfront location. You are able to walk straight onto the sand and have meals right on the beach. Great breakfast with wide variety. Excellent staff. Sunsets to die for. Ippokampos is on the sandy St George beach, just out of the busyness of the town . Good restaurants all around. Rooms 4-6 (double with sea view) recommended.
