Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

the host is helpful and very kind, the apartment has everything you need, it is beautiful and brand new. the location close to the town and with a cute little beach 15 meters away. the view of the gulf is breathtaking with a beautiful balcony. highly recommended!

GreeceBeds were not very comfortable. Fridge was incredibly noisy and had to be unplugged and some important utensils missing from the kitchen such as a cork screw.
Nice quite location with a lovely terraced area for sun lounging.

United StatesWe had some trouble getting the hot water going. I think because we were there on a cloudy day and the electric heater had only just been turned on.
There’s an incredible, *very* large balcony with fabulous views of the bay. Since the property is sorta at the end of the road with fewer nearby properties there is essentially a “private” beach right across the road with crystal clear water.

SerbiaThere are no mosquito nets, so the windows must be closed all the time. Towels were partly changed last time (no face/hands towel). Internet connection is bad most of the day, even at night.

kristena was so polite and very kind. the studio was very clean and smell good. we took the triple room with a big beautiful balcony with marvelous view. nearby a very nice small beach. just the bed wasn't comfortable, even though this did not impact our enjoyment. the location is excellent, ten minute walking to the center and to the port. there is also a close market to the studio. I will visit this place again.

GermanyWhat a nice location. Front of the really beautifull apartment were some small almost private beaches. Vasiliki with the port and restaurants close by, relaxed ambience. Everything was great. We should have stayed a couple of more days to visit all those nearby beautiful places. We had lovely days there, thank you.

Everything was beautiful! Starting with the location: direct in front of the studios there is a beautiful small beach/bay that gets sun until the evening, also the town was a nice 10-15 min walk away - which made for a quiet stay. The terrace was really big, offering sea view. Studios were clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and there was even a basic kitchen. The room was dark which is nice for sleeping and when it gets hot. Great place, we felt truly at home!

The hosts were also very nice and attentive. Some reviews here had complained about the wifi, but for us (room in the ground floor) it was good enough for streaming and a work call.
