Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaThe lady which gave us the keys is very rough. One morning, our baby was with fever at 6 am and he was crying. The lady came and knocked our door at 6am to ask why the baby was crying because we were disturbing her. Very impolite taking into account the hour.
The location is 2 min away from Matala beach, with lots of restaurants, shops and supermarkets near. The 2 bedroom apartament is small but ok for a family with 2 kids. Very nice the big terrace where we spent a lot of time.

SloveniaThe host (madam) is amazing, really friendly and willing to help with whatever you need :) we felt welcomed immediately and we left with a really warm feeling. The location is perfect, everything is within reach (shops, night life, cafes, beach..), but placed on the city edge enough so you can chill in your room in the evening without much noise. The room was superclean — they cleaned it every single day and the whole hotel is very well handed with hygiene.

The Sunshine Matala was modern and very clean - we had a wonderful stay. It is family-owned and we felt very welcome and looked after. The bed was comfy and was made daily. The washroom was clean with good water pressure. The whole room was wonderfully decorated. The location was fantastic with just a one minute walk into town. I can very much recommend staying there!
