Excellent place to stay.. Mr Nikos and his dad were amazing hosts. Very clean and comfortable and also prettily decorated. The private pool was a big bonus. Mr Dimitris, the dad, made us a traditional appetizer from greens of their garden. When we told them we are newlyweds, we found a bottle of an excellent local wine in the apartment the next day, which we appreciated very much. We definitely recommend the place and we are definitely coming back!

Everything was great. We found the location easily and checked in very quickly. I wish we could have stayed longer. It is a magnificent facility. The rooms are very spacious and every detail has been considered. The breakfast experience was very nice, it was left in a basket in front of your room and the content was amazing. The employees were very good and helped with everything. We will definitely come again and stay longer.

Nothing, everything was perfect

This was one of our favorite place to stay! The villa was perfect, large, 2 floor with everything we needed. Beautiful terrace and private pool. Theporperty is stunning, so quiet, the nature is pure and beautiful. The owners were the sweetest ever, we cannot wait to go see them again! This is a place we would rent for a few weeks, to disconnect! Close to beautiful beaches that you can visit with a car. Loved loved loved our stay there!!!

Beach is 15 min walking, you would need a car (but the island is great for exploring so having a car is highly recommended)

Great peacuful please in nature! You have everything needed here for a base to explore Lefkada island. Hosts are amazing, they really cared for us and made our stay there memorable.

Our stay exceeded all expectations! Originally booking for one night, we extended our visit because it was simply perfect. Nikos and his father Dimitri's hospitality was exceptional. Nikos's mother's homemade breakfast, delivered in a basket placed outside our door to avoid waking us, added a heartwarming touch. The villa is cleaned daily, ensuring the villa is always spotless. They truly spoiled us, making it difficult to leave. Nikos and Dimitri were kind and friendly, and it was a joy getting to know them. Conversations with Dimitri were enjoyable he is very knowledgeable and explained to us about greek history. my husband and I were on our honeymoon, and they really made it feel like one, even though we didn't mention it. It was an unforgettable experience that truly felt like a home away from home!

It would be good to have mosquito net on main balcony door. Wi-Fi sometimes working poor.

Hotel located in the middle of south Lefkada in very quiet and calm place. 2 mins by car to the supermarket, 15-30 mins to best beaches in Greece at your choice. Room is very comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary devices. Breakfast was amazing, a lot of food can be enough for all day. Host is friendly and ready to help. Hotel has a lot of nice local cats.

- the kitchen has enough equipment for basic cooking e.g. pasta with tomato sauce or a tray bake. Not a criticism but just something to be aware of. This was not an issue for us as I like simple dishes that minimise washing up! - hot water needed repair from kitchen tap - is planned to be fixed. Again, this was not a significant issue.

The downstairs bed was not super comfortable, but the upstairs was fine!

The owner was very friendly and was bringing us fresh fruit every day. The pool was amazingly clean and was cleaned every day. They were very accommodating and friendly to our 2 dogs.

Everything was absolutely amazing

We absolutely loved our stay in Il Viaggio Verde. It was really exceptional thanks to Niko, the owner as well as his dad who takes wonderful care of the premises and his mom who prepared a delicious breakfast in a picnic basket for us each morning. They were so welcoming, full of essential info and advice on planning where to go, eat, etc. The villa was cleaned every day and we felt like at home there. Thank you for a lovely stay :-)
