We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsWe absolutely loved our stay at IADES suites. The owners are so kind, welcoming and super helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed, such as an umbrella and beach chairs. They also gave us very nice tips for places/restaurants to visit nearby. Our apartment was spacious, very clean and the bed was really comfortable. We recommend this place a 100% and we will definitely return when we come back to Afythos. Thank you!

Everything is new, super clean and suite was very spacious. Town and numerous restaurants are 2 minutes away. Free and good breakfast was a nice bonus. Finally, the couple that run the hotel are incredible and always ready to help with any questions.

Whether it was tips about what to do and see in Halkidiki or to equip us with sun umbrella and towels for the beach. We even got a special breakfast package since our checkout was at 6am in the morning. Actually all staff members were very friendly and made our stay special.

Mike is an exceptionally nice and courteous host - you can tell that he wants his guests to have a pleasant and carefree stay at his house. The suites are tasteful, modern and furnished to a high standard. The accommodation itself is centrally located and yet quiet - from here you can explore the whole of Afytos on foot. Mike is happy to give tips on restaurants and beaches. He even borrowd us parasols for our visit to the beach which was really great.

DenmarkThe rooms were a lot smaller than stated on booking.com. We booked a 40m2 room but it was not even half the size in reality. Still a nice room with comfy beds and all the facilities we needed for a family of 3, but something to perhaps be aware of if going with a bigger family. Then the 2 floor rooms are to recommend.
Perfect location, close to restaurants, bars,shops and supermarket but still quite and cosy. 10-15 min walking distance to several beaches/beach bars. Very clean, family friendly and fantastic service!

Mike and Alexandra are the best hosts you could ask for. They are kind and generous, always happy to help and do everything with a smile. The hotel feels luxurious, and you can tell a lot of attention is given to details. We spent five nights in Greece, and IADES suites was the top highlight without a doubt. There is a free parking lot about 3 minutes away from the hotel by foot. Breakfast was great. The room was very clean and spacious, and the shower was perfect. The pool area was calm and nice, and the pool itself was clean.
