Staff is super kind and helpful providing everything we needed including a sun umbrella to be used at the beach. The room is really clean and the location is perfect on walking distance for many restaurants and Afytos center. The breakfast is good and fresh.

This wonderful hotel managed by a delightful married couple, offers clean, modern rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and a good Wi-Fi signal. The room was equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. While the breakfast was simple and unpretentious, it was pretty good.

the only minus is that the parking lot is a bit far, but we knew that in advance, so we have no objections

Very clean and maintained place. they cleaned our room every day, the breakfast was delicious, especially the scrambled eggs and bacon. the hotel is located in close proximity to the beautiful center of Afitos. The man and woman who greeted us each morning were extremely helpful and kind. thank you for this wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at Iades, we were there for a 3 day weekend with my best friend and we enjoyed very much the central location of the hotel - a few min walk from restaurants shops and beaches, the kindness of the owners and the comfyness of the rooms. We hope to come back some day!

Small hotel, brand new, clean and very comfortable in the heart of Afitos. We very much enjoyed our short stay here. The location is perfect to easily reach the beach or the centre. The food was absolutely delicious, both the breakfast and the one from menu, even better than we found at tavernas. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Alexandra and Makis who go above and beyond to help you with anything you might need. They are very kind, warm and really make you feel like home. We would love to visit IADES again!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Run by an adorable young couple Alexandra and Ahmed . They are doing such an amazing job. The hotel on every aspect is perfect . Comfort, cleanliness, location, food and the totally lovely warm welcome that continued for the entire duration of our stay. We are a couple in our mid 50’s so we have been to many hotels all over the world , we adore Greece and this hotel in Afytos just reached a different level in every way ….kindness and commitment stood out every day. I would recommend the hotel in a heart beat ….it’s perfect .

Nothing to fault

This place is amazing. We stayed in a quadrupole room which had an beautiful king size bed with all the facilities and amenities you could need. The whole place is spotless with a lovely pool area to chill during the day. The breakfast included is great with a wide variety of locally sourced products that we both loved. But what made our stay were the owners and how lovely and accommodating they have been. They really go the extra mile to make sure you have the best stay and we couldn’t recommend staying here enough. Great location, great staff, great rooms. Thank you so much :))
