Everything from the moment you arrive, the service, location, room and pool are excellent. Transfer to airport and city centre offered. Great place to stay and enjoy and treat yourself.

I loved everything, except that there were many hairs in the bed, which was a little disturbing. I have to pull back the sheets and clean it all before I could sleep in the bed.

We asked for a baby crib in our booking. We arrived to a room without a crib. We called and asked for one, first answer was it is impossible because of safety regulations! I said loud and clear we asked for one in our reservation and we need one. They said they're going to double check and after they finally arrived with the crib. Needless process and they could do better. The water in the pool (which is huge) is really cold. I would say freezing and we stayed there during August! It wasn't nice to swim in it which such a shame. two different concierge weren't helpful at all. Couldn't suggest any proper activity with the kids in the near area of the hotel. When I asked about Ikea play area for kids, the concierge said he had no idea, never heard about it (ikea is very close to the hotel) and suggested another place which after a quick check of mine on the internet turned out to be closed during the day and opens only after 6pm.

I liked this Hotel. very well maintained and impressive. The front desk staff was helpful and responsive as well as the breakfast staff, very kind. The room was big and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and the view was a lot of green and we loved it. The pool area was huge and lovely. Breakfast was great, many options and good quality of food. We checked out early morning after one night as planned (the hotel is really close to the airport) but our flight was cancelled after we arrived to the airport. We decided to go back to the same hotel, we were really happy to receive back our room. The front desk staff was very welcoming and as our room wasn't cleaned yet, they accepted giving it back to us with no waiting time as in the regular check in process. The hotel is close to the Mediterranean cosmos mall and to Ikea by few minutes by car/taxi.

One of the best hotels that I have been to! The rooms were excellent and the atmosphere in the lobby and outdoor facilities top notch with live background music (violin, saxophone). I ordered a few drinks at the bar and one was late to arrive, so the bar man didn’t charge me at all for all my drinks. That is the best service I have ever received!

Shuttle buses, despite being very useful, could be been more clearly explained ahead of time, including things like timetables in order to better plan the visit. The location, whilst advantageous with the shuttle buses, isn't really convenient to reach on foot.

Shuttle buses between the airport and hotel, and between the hotel and the city were extremely useful for people on a time-limited visit. Room was FANTASTIC. Really large, very comfortable with a very nicely equipped bathroom. One of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in. Staff were great, room service and food was top-notch. Nothing to fault there. Really fantastic hotel for a stopover near the airport.

We stayed for one night right after landing and an additional night before coming back home. The hotel is just amazing, great location (assuming you are looking for proximity to the airport), big and clean rooms, great swimming pool and great food, Also the airport suttels were convinient.

Everything was incredible, the pool, breakfast, gym and the vip club was a nice addition to our lovely stay! The staff worked very hard to make our stay comfortable even when we had some issues with our aircon or smell in our room that was taken care immediately on the same day.

The prices for the food in the restaurant and the pool bar are a bit expensive.

In one word : Wow. In two words : Wow Wow!! This hotel is amazing, the attention to all the small details, the design, the facilities: tennis court included and they even give you water bottles. They have a shuttle to the city center and to the airport. The food is delicious. Amazing stay, I would definitely come back.

All was great, maybe some traditional Greek foods on the lobby and restaurant menus.

Fantastic 5 star plus experience. Staff were fantastic. They did everything to make our stay exceptional. Pool area was spotless with plenty of sun-beds. We were given a free upgrade to a suite overlooking the lovely gardens. Transfers to both centre and airport were complimentary making travel very easy. City centre is around 30 minutes away.

Facilities are a bit tired. Carpets / furniture a bit smelly. Some wouldn’t notice, but for picky ones like me it’s not 100% ok. Breakfast is not what you would expect from Hyatt. Very little veggie / salad choices. Quality of the rest of the food is 7/10. You need to run around looking for a waiter to order coffee / eggs. The waiter (or the cook) don’t know what “over easy” means - better to explain.

It’s a big hotel, with its own territory, outside / inside pools, spa and sport facilities. It is out of the city - nearest anything is 10-15 minutes drive. But for those traveling to Athos and airport the location is best.
