Bathroom door was broken, we could barely open it and it was very little. We didn't have anything in the kitchen.

The mattress support was a bit broken at the center of the bed and that made it a bit uncomfortable and noisy but nothing too great.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, easy to find and next to the main road. The room had everything one may need to have a nice vacation. Overall an amazing option!

The very nice people we encountered during our stay and their willingness to assist and help where they could was the best thing. I would recommend the place to everyone - and even though the hotel was very close to the center of the little town and buzzing coastline, then it was very quiet and relaxing place to stay.

Everything was perfect, the room is clean and modern. It's very close to the city center, but not on the main street - meaning it is quiet at night. There's parking in front of the accommodation, and as a second option there's a big free parking 2mins walk from the place.

The beds and pillows are not very confy, the air conditioning is available ony in the bedrooms which makes it hard to use them when you sleep as it can affect your health, the living doesn't have an AC it was getting really hot in there during the day. One of the bathrooms is very small with a tiny shower(very hard for a medium to big person to get in). The walls are not very thick and we could hear a lot of noises from the street. The place has 3 parking spots but as an alternative there is a free public parking at 250 m.

We booked the suite which consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living, 1 open kitchen and a big terrace.The suite occupies then entire 3rd floor. The place is amazing, it was great having a view towards the see and to other town houses. As far as regarding the facilites the suite has: an open kitchen with big frige, induction cooking machine, nesspreso coffee machine, water boiler for tea and different dishes to make your own food. The big attraction of this place is the terrace which has a barbecue place, umbrellas, sitting poofs and a garden swing. The hosts were great and very helpfull, the cleaning was done daily.

The fact that, even for the ground floor, the entrance was behind and we were supposed to climb some stairs and then to go down on some hallways. Also, the pipe from the toilets and showers I guess that somehow crossed through our bathroom or on the hallway, because we could hear it dripping or flowing every time someone flushed.

I liked the friendly staff and the size of the room best. The fridge was large, the air conditioner working perfectly, there was also a hairdryer. The cleaning lady was cleaning the room every day, sweeping and dusting, she even changed out bed sheets and towels during our 5 night stay.

Parking in front of property is challenging, there are only couple of places and the street is quite narrow and crowded, we have used the public parking situated at 3 min walking uphill. Internet was very poor in the suite and on the terrace, but quite ok on the ground floor.

The suite is very good for a family. Beside the two bedrooms and the living you get a huge terrace which is above all the buildings in the area and has also some sea view. The terrace also has a fully equipped barbeque place. Our four members of the family fully enjoyed the place and it was perfectly clean. The location is also a plus, as you can easily reach all the restaurants in Neos Marmaras center and also the local beach, all of them in maximum 15-20 min walking.

As I mentioned above the size of the showerzone (the bathroom itself was big enough) and the broken shower holder.

The place was very good. The host is super nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel is 2 minutes from the center. (While you are there you should check Alcano gyros, delicious). The room was spacious with a big bed and very good balcony. There was a small kitchenette with a stove top, a fridge and a filter coffee machine. The place was clean and they changed the shteets and the towels in every two days. I am giving 9 stars instead of 10 because of the bathroom - the shower zone was very very tiny, about 50-55 cm wide. We managed to get proper showers but for example if you are a bigger person or a pregnant lady it would be super uncomfortable for you. Another downside for me was that the showeholder was broken and as a woman with very long hair it was a little difficult to wash my hair. Otherwise - clean bathroom, very good water pressure and there were hot water everyday and every hour which is rare in the Greek summer villages, so 10 out of 10 for the water here. The mobile connection was weak in the whole town, there was a wifi in the room which was relatevly good for browsing but not enough for working for example. Overall I reccomend this place and I would go back!
