There was a guy in the restaurant who took your glass of juice from your hand if you were on half board and told you you have to pay for it. I don't understand this policy of the hotel, to make you feel like you're under investigation. Allow the people to have a drink, they paid for relaxation, not overwatch.

Our room was very close to the main road and a little bit noisy while the window was open. The beach is far, but they have shuttle. We used our car so that was not actually a problem for us.

Very clean. Large renovated rooms, very comfortable mattress. The staff was friendly and nice. Good variety of food for breakfast. Big parking next to the hotel.

The food in all inclusive is mediocre have plenty of options but it’s the same every day and they recycle the things that wasn’t eaten up. The hotel is not entirely renovated we was in 90s kind of room . The renovated rooms cost few bucks more which is totally unprofessional, before 2 years they just used the excuse the hotel is in progress of renovation now they just charge more for the renovated rooms.

The hotel is big and the common parts are well maintained,the beach is far but they have shuttle on schedule which is nice. Most of the personal speaks English.

Bathrooms in major need of renovation. Room needed a freshen up also with stained carpets. WiFi non existent in the rooms (simply wouldn’t connect). And no basic room service such as not even being able to bring some ice to the room. Found a previous guests hair hanging from the shower.

We didn't like the attitude of what we thought was "the head of the waiters" at all: even if there was no sign or any sort of information about what kind of drinks you can take if you paid for the dinner but you are not a customer with the "open bar package", he complained about us taking a coke and a beer and asked us to pay for them (he said we can only take water even if it isn't written anywhere or it wasn't even communicated by anyone to us). We also saw him taking full glasses from children's hands and throwing them away for the same reason. We felt like being under investigation at every meal. Awkward!

Noisy and trembling fridge. Noisy air conditioning directly emitting cold air on the bed. No towel rails in the bathroom. Cold and hot water connections are reversed in the bathroom tap.

Very kind staff. Good location. Two levels of restaurants with the upper one with a unique view and relaxed atmosphere.

To improve the wi-fi network in the room as it is stronger when you are in the pool and restaurant area.

The room, the pool, and the breakfast was excellent. Also, there was organized day schedule minivan drive to the beach and back to the hotel. Highly recommended for families with children. We enjoyed the stay and will come back for sure.

Maybe bathroom needs refurbishment We have Half board, and for dinner needed to pay extra for 2 small beers( we been charged as 2 large) Cocktails cost 10e,which is overpriced Would suggest to have only BnB, and have lunch/dinner outside hotel as there are plenty nice restaurants Hotel is nice, and good location, so would recommend it

The elevator was slow, also the coffee (frape) was not the best. The room was very dark, not enough light.

The view was perfect! Spacious hotel room, also the room was clean. The parking was next to the hotel, plenty of parking space. Nice breakfast! Would recommend this hotel.

Lots of activities on at night which were very loud, music etc in the Outdoor Pool Area till Midnight. Very difficult to sleep if you needed an early night. Food was not always available around the Pool area although were told it was available to order during the day.

The double bed was made by two twin beds next to each other, both covered together with a large bed sheet to look like one double bed. This caused discomfort in the middle area of the bed, and I woke up many times during the night because of that. I asked in the reception whether it was possible to change it, they said they’ll check but took no action. We had plastic chairs in the balcony, while we could see other balconies having way more modern balcony chair and table. I suggest the hotel unifies the look and equipments of every room. Location is great but only if you have a car, which makes it easy to visit beaches and towns along the Kassandra peninsula. If you don’t have a car, even going to the nearest beach presents a challenge.

The room and joint areas were clean and the staff were really kind. The hotel pool bar looked nice and lively, even tho we did not sit for a drink. The breakfast was good.
