Please note that you may be charged environmental tax - 1.5eur/day. We had to pay it although it was not mentioned anywhere in booking.com. Also, AC was not working in our room and only after the few attempts of reaching the personell (after two days of telling the reception) the issue was solved - we were provided the additional room with AC, where we could sleep. However, it was our last night at the hotel.

The appartment is a great value for money option. It has everything you need: nice swimming pool with great view, rooms are clean, spacious; plenty of parking area. Swimming pool area is also nice to chill and relax in the evening.

It was sadly let down by noisy younger people who use it as a base to party in falaraki. They were shouting, screaming and playing music until literally about 2/3 am each night and then coming back at 5/6am doing the same. Up a massive hill, not easy to walk to but that’s it, and be mindful and you won’t have a problem, everything else is great

Such a lovely outside space, nice jacuzzi pool and larger pool. Lots of sun beds and optional free beach towels you can grab as you go in. The food was lovely really enjoyed everything I ate there. Lovely big room, however we couldn’t open the doors to our balcony, they were screwed shut. Close to falaraki town and they offer 3x shuttle bus there, which also takes back each day which is great (11am, 5pm, 8pm). Staff were so lovely and helpful and such a nice family fun place

The apartments are situated on a small hill and just over a mile from the main area of Faliraki. The hill wasnt a problem walking to the main area and beach but walking back could be a struggle especially the last 70 - 80 yards which was very steep we nicknamed that part heart attack hill although we managed it every day by just taking it slowly as did many of the other guests. We could have taken a taxi for this part so it was our choice to walk and climb the hill

Apartments were basic but clean and staff were very helpful and friendly especially Charlie who seemed to be doing a one man does all job and was always there with a smile to offer help. Serve the drinks at the bar and drive the courtesy bus. The apartments have a lovely pool area also with free towels bar and snack bar are all offering good value. Our only gripe is that they are a bit of a walk from the main centre and in the evening when the courtesy bus had stopped it was uphill all the way and it was still very warm. So we chose to take our time walking up the hill in the heat at night.but at the end of the walk the bar area was the first port of call for a cold beer. Walking to and from the centre was our choice as taxis were available for hire as well as the courtesy bud. All in all we had a very pleasant stay at Hillside and apart from being a bit of a walk we were not disappointed. In the evenings they were very quiet and peaceful which was ideal for a good nights sleep.

Thanks to its location you get nice views, on the other hand it is located quite far from the Faliraki downtown. Walking from Faliraki to Apartments is possible, but I would not recommend doing it with suitcases like we did. Wifi needs to be improved, it does not work well, most of the times we were not able to connect to it, not even within the restaurant by pool area.

We stayed in Junior apartment, there was a nice sea view from its terrace even though it was on the ground floor. Room was okay, unlike from the studios in the other building there was no kitchen area in the room but we was expecting this. Breakfast were great, dinners were also okay even though the food choice for dinners was limited (which was understandable as really not many guests had dinners included within their stays). Overall we enjoyed both breakfasts and dinners very much. Pool was great. Regular hotel transfer that was running three times a day between Hillside and Faliraki downtown was also very much appreciated and we used it every day.

BREAKFAST WAS ALWAY WELL stocked fresh .breads were nice .meats .veg.fruit and pastry selection was aplenty .. No matter what time you went between 8.00am and 10.am food was there for you

It is located outside Faliraki on old, stony roads with no lighting. But the hotel provides buses to Faliraki three times a day.

We definitely did not like bed accommodation as our room had 3 single beds (we were a couple) in which the mattress and pillows were awful. The bathroom was too rough, but rather than that everything was fine..

You had connect with wifi but transfer is 0.2MB! you can't open any web application, even RDP. If in other room someone use water in your room you will heard very loud sound like shut from gun.. Try not wake up...

- very rude shuttle driver (we were full packed with bags and stuff, asked him to give us a ride to main bus station, and he dropped us off 300m from there... saying it's your stop...) - poor Wi Fi, always lost connection.. - morning dogs barking - old spring mattress, - no towel dryer in the room - thin walls, u can hear all neighbors - basic kitchenware things missing, as rag, washing liquid etc.
