We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe organization from host, thay didn’t give to as our booked room, we were in one room and the next day thay move as in other room. The reason was that booking.com made the mistake, however, it doesn’t was fine from the host side to give as room with view on the wall, and next day give as the other room and same day she told as that tomorrow we have to move in third room what we didn’t accept!

SwedenThe room, although it was very specious, it had certain inconveniences. For example, there was no mirror in the main room only two small ones in the bathroom, where only a person could fit. Since we were two girls sharing the room, that was a bit problematic. Moreover, the room didn't have a balcony with sea view, as it was described, but instead there was a shared table in the corridor outside the room where we were seeing a wall.
The room was very close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and the Hora of Naxos. Also, very close to bus stops where we could take the bus and go to other beaches. We were able to go anywhere within the Hora of Naxos by foot. It was a good value for money considering we went there during high season for the island.

United StatesThe room was very small. There was only two of us but there were three beds inside the studio which made it quite crowded. The wifi was not very good. I had to work every day that I was there and the wifi was fluctuating between 5 and 15 mbps. I was not able to take a zoom call without connectivity issues. It was very difficult to shower in the bathroom because there is no shower curtain. So you have to be very careful to not get the bathroom completely wet while showering.
The balcony is the best feature of this room! There is an amazing view of the ocean that doubles as an excellent sunset viewing point. The staff was incredible. The lady who was helping clean the room was so kind and the lady who managed the reception was also very sweet. The location was decent. It was about a 20 minute walk from the port which can be tough during the heat of the day and with many bags but we made it work.

United KingdomThere was a old gentleman on end of life support in the reception area, the room was unlearned only the beds had been changed. The toilet was full of faeces, the cleaner said to us upon arrival ‘ I haven’t had time to clean properly ‘, the air on didn’t work, it smelt of damp. We booked a different hotel for our stay instead.

United KingdomThe beds weren’t the comfiest and the shower was quite difficult to use. The shared balcony meant that our neighbours could come right up to our room so we had to leave our door closed.
Located just outside the main town, this property was convenient for our short stay in Naxos. We had a room upstairs with the balcony which had stunning views over towards Paros. The staff were very friendly and helped us carry our luggage.
