We agreed from beforehand that the hotel will send a taxi for us to bring us from the airport to the hotel. They just forgot to send the taxi. Upon our arrival at the hotel the level of the receptionists was far below the level of 5* hotels. We consider those receptionists as a shame for such a good hotel.

Green Suites Boutique hotel is a modern luxurious hotel in Athens. We defenetely recommand this hotel to people who are visiting Athens. - the breakfast is very good as well as lunch/dinner in the restaurant at the roof of the hotel - via the metro the center of Athens is easily reachable from the hotel - there is a nice swimming pool at the roof of the hotel - the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

I can’t fault the hotel, the staff nor the services! They were supportive, friendly, and made efforts to ensure we had an amazing experience. We shall definitely come back! If I must say there is something I would like that wasn’t available, I would say it’s the absence of spicy/peppered meat/ fish meals. It would be a great accompaniment to the excellent cocktails they make.

The breakfast was great! A variety to choose from. So even if you didn’t find your favourite, you would find something else!

Not the property itself, but there’s construction opposite the front, so would recommend requesting a room on the other side of the hotel until that has ended.

Lovely hotel, great rooms and rooftop bar area. Staff were all super friendly and helpful, both on reception and at meals, even when they were super busy. Location was great, out of central Athens but a short subway ride in, and less than 5 min walk to the station from the hotel.

This is not important for the clients but as a design professor a suggestion. The artificial plants do not feet to the well designed hotel. Please change them… I suffer and stand far from all artificial greenery and plants. They could plant some that are durable to the inside part and to rooms . It reduce the quality in the interior design of the hotel.

The hotel is nice, but is not a 5 start hotel. The breakfast is poor especially for a 5 star hotel. We celebrated my partner's birthday and we booked their mini Oreo cake for 2 before arrival. The mini Oreo cake for two was a small chocolate piece of cake with 2 spoons :) and since you need to pay in advance for this I was expecting something else.

The hotel has a nice design, is new, clean, with a beautiful rooftop terrace. The location is also good, not in the old city center, but with good transport connectivity (metro and bus stations really close) The communication with the hotel staff before arrival was very good.

The TV was difficult to operate. No English channels. Chromecast was an option but it wouldn't stay connected for more than a few minutes.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Particularly Andreas and George. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Food was great. Our room was bright and comfortable. The views from the roof bar were stunning. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

I have travelled extensively throughiut the world. This would have to be hands down the best value hotel that i have ever stayed at. The rooms were exceptuonal in decor, comfort and cleanliness. The staff were equally exceptional and friendly. You are paying fir 5 star accommodation at a very affordable rate. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Everything amazing.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views from rooftop. Lovely pool with plenty seats and sunbeds to relax. Hotel bar and food really nice too. The room was spacious and very comfortable and clean. The metro or bus is very close a few minutes walking and straight to centre within 20 minutes. We couldn’t have had a better stay!

Gym Is a Scam!!! No gym there. They shouldn’t say that they have a gym because they don’t have any at all just 1 very small room with treadmill and barrels from 1kg to 10kg I was just doing push ups there. Whats more I couldn’t find any gym around that area where I could buy oneday pass or 1 week pass or something like that I train everyday and had to stop for whole holiday. Area without any nice view and I have seen better breakfasts in 5 star hotels, drinks are very bad and not worth 10-15£ for 1 I have tried 2 out of 8, not tasty at all. Hotel very far from City Centre but close to underground

At breakfast we missed a bit of the greek touch.

Given the hotel's 5-star rating, I expected a broader variety of options at breakfast.

Just a quick 5-minute walk from the nearest metro, making it incredibly convenient to reach the city center. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and we really enjoyed the rooftop bar and swimming pool!
