Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaThe location was a bad surprise, more precise, on the outskirts of Thessaloniki so you will need to take a taxi to reach the center where all the good restaurants are. It's a big hotel so it's quite hectic at the reception
The room is very clean and has a huge and comfortable king size bed. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. The hotel has a small but very beautiful garden with a terrace bar.

BulgariaThe only minus is the location, but with a taxi, the city centre is less than 10 minutes away. The taxis are easy to catch and affordable (we were paying between 6 to 9 euro per ride to the city centre).
The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The breakfast is excellent, a lot of options are available and the coffee is good.

The hotel is located within .1/2 km of the Coach Station which we had to use. Check-in was excellent - the staff could not do eneough. The room and facilities were great, Air conditioning good. IsraelA very small and claustrophobic pool and in the basement. There is not really a spa. There is no balcony, it's a french balcony that you can only stand. There is a problem of a bad smell from the sewage in the whole area outside, and it goes into the hotel and the rooms as well, we had to change room because of that.
A good hotel, but not quite up to the standards of a 5-star hotel. New and renovated room. Nice dining room and breakfast. Nice and kind staff. Loved the bathroom products, it's an excellent greek brand - Apivita.

SerbiaRooms are a little bit outdated, and interior renowation would be a good idea. The bathroom was unpleasently small. Also neighborhood is not the best, as train station is near, and some old buildings.
Hotel is nice. It is great looking from the outside. Hall is beautiful, breakfast is great with plenty options. Staff members are friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. Free parking is in front of the hotel, and underground garage is charged 10 euros per day. Oldtimers in front of main entrance are fun for the kids, as they can get inside and feel past time spirit.
