Hand-held shower only, and difficult not to flood the entire room. Towel replacement system was not explained - towels were taken from room and not replaced on 3 occasions, so we had to ask.

Met at the airport by hotel mini bus. Extremely convenient. Staff were delightful. Great location. Shop/bakery right opposite and fantastic view from our 4th floor balcony. Bed was very comfortable.

We ordered two bedrooms apartment and we paid corresponding price. Finally it was only a studio with one bad in upper floor but still open to the rest of the room. We came with a small baby and we wanted to have at least one room closed.

Excellent location and very friendly stuff ready to help you with all your wishes. Perfect location for windsurfing.

It is the third time i am going to the this hotel.The ownres are very friendly people. The soul of the hotel is the manager Mr Praskevas. He is able to help and fix all your needs.

As you see at the pictures it's a beach front hotel. The beach "Vasiliki" is sweatable for families and windserf beginners. Close to famous Porto Katsik and Egremnoii beaches 20km,must visit

The room was not in perfect condition: the 3rd bed was of metal and a bit dirty on the elements (dust). There is a small kitchen at the entrance but the furniture is old and has a bad smell and there were ants in it. Also the balcony table was not cleaned.

Nice view and good position (in front of the beach). The room is big and the bathroom was clean and well equiped. Confortable bed and pillows. Large balcony with table were we could enjoy the view.

The room was a little squishy for four grown adults. It would suit 2 adults and 2 kids/teenagers as upstairs bedroom was a low roof and my daughter was very tall and had to bend down all the time.

Great position and excellent view from room 403. Two bedroom apartment. The shower hasn’t got the best pressure as water goes cold quickly and not a lot of pressure. But Nefali has best position and great facilities, great breakfast and the pool are amazing. Beach chairs complimentary to guests. Service staff at the bar amazing. Location is the best. The lady who owns it (Anna), is so friendly & helpful. The men at the front desk were also amazing. You can also hire a car at the Nefali direct.

The room - listed as a junior suite did have a sink with a little job abs a fridge . The freezer section had no door; there was no cutlery in the room nor glassware and no washing up facilities. Despite raising this on the first day this did not change which meant inevitably there were ants everywhere despite our efforts . No point providing these facilities in such a woeful way . I raised it at the end aswell to be met by a shrug only . This is nowhere near a four star hotel . The lift had a broken/ loose floor tile which was potentially quite dangerous and was being held down by a temporary table !?

Breakfast pretty poor. No decent coffee without paying for it and the buffet disorganised and insufficient. Crockery chipped and not matching - rather chaotic

The rooms were not clean, sliding door lock was broken, service was slow, no Wifi (even though they said they had). There seems to be an ant issue. We had two rooms and they both had this issue. I was told on my booking that breakfast was not included. Once we arrived I was told it was an extra $6.00 per person. Our beds weren’t made, nor were the rooms cleaned on the second day. We also weren’t given towels on our second day. There is nothing Grande about this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for the Price we made. Definitely not worth 800 euros.

Very friendly owners, super helpful as well! Just make sure to communicate straight to the point if you need something. Mr Nikos is a busy man :) The Dimitra room (305) is the best room in the hotel, with 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate bedrooms and the most amazing view you can imagine.

When messaging the property before we left to arrange transfers we booked the transfer to the property from Lefkas and were told to arrange the transfer to the airport from there. We were left on the side of the road in 30 degree heat for an hour and when I called the property I had the phone put down on me, we were told the driver was stuck in traffic but when he eventually picked us up he said he hadn’t started work until Half an hour after he should have left. It’s a 45 min journey and he was an hour late. When we asked to arrange the transfer to the airport we were later told that the taxi was too busy and they couldn’t do it and told its a busy time and that’s it!We were only staying 3 nights and this was one day later. As you can imagine this ruined our entire stay as we were then deeply concerned about how we would get to the airport for our flight home. We were helped by another hotel! Also prices kept changing, I was quoted €120 for an airport transfer then he said €130 when we arranged through another hotel it was actually €90. We asked how much the buggy was to hire and were told £70 for the day by one brother but when we went to book it went up to €100. As our room was not available when we arrived we were given a different larger room but it was very shabby and dated. The following day we had to pack up our things and move to the room we had booked which was more modern and brighter. I think the quality and cleanliness of your room depends upon the one you get. The pool is clean and deep but you cannot sit around it. You literally have to swim and go back to the beach. The beach is sandy and shallow. Decking area is treacherous, definitely in need of work. The property is at the sandy end of the beach but a long walk from the town area which is the opposite end. Personally I feel there are much better options in Vassiliki

From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. The hotel location is perfect for those who want to be next to the beach and close to Vasiliki center. Delicious breakfast and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Sometimes the hot water had low pressure, probably due to the fact that many guests showered at the same time, but it was a minor inconvenience.

The location, the beach is one of the best sandy beaches on the island, good for wind surfing. The hotel staff was helpful, the service on the beach was perfect, the staff at the water sports club was friendly. Good breakfast, not very doversified but good quality.
