Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BulgariaEvery night AFTER 10 pm, children were playing and yelling in the backyard. So if you are a Serbian child, probably you'll love it, but in all other cases it will not be OK. Rooms are small and not very well maintained. We received the room dirty - smashed bloody mosquitoes on the walls, fingerprints on windows and in the toilet, etc. Despite numerous efforts to be polite and greet in various languages, the 90% Serbian guests of the property only ever responded with suspicious looks and never ever greeted me back.
The beds are comfortable, even the smaller unfolding one. The property has its own parking space, so you don't have to park in the street. The location is close to the beaches and the main street with the restaurants. There was a fridge in the room, which is very useful.

GreeceOur room had no shampoo or hand wash. But that’s ok I guess. Internet was slow. Led light strip was hanging off the wall. Buts that’s also ok I guess. Major problem was that we parked our car at their designated parking space and we got a flat tire since the whole space was covered with steel nails probably from some construction they were doing and left the nails on the ground after they finished. We called the receptionist to inform about the incident and they denied such thing happened, claiming their parking space was clean. That’s unacceptable because we ended up with a flat tire on the highway and in the morning when we left I was taking the nails from the ground so others wouldn’t get a flat tire too.
Property was value for money. Nice interior but there were a few things that need to be taken care of
