Everything, views, food, pool, staff, rooms and spa. Although we didn’t have a car the taxis were very easy to organise. Staff make everything perfect, lunch and breakfast service and menu is incredible! 5 mins from town and brilliant location every if you want to go out. Massage and spa is fab and just what we needed.

We loved everything!

I stayed at Grace Mykonos with our 2 year old, 4 year old and husband, and we had the best experience! The location was incredible. It was across the street from a beautiful wind protected beach, and near the new port. There are fantastic local restaurants nearby and it was just the perfect location for our family. The breakfast was incredible, our room was unbelievable with the private hot tub, and the service was superb. I would recommend this hotel to any people wanting to escape the party scene but still be close to a beautiful beach and amenities. A car is recommended to explore all the beauty the island has to offer!

The kitchen closes at 6, so if u by any chance decide to stay back. No food. And not many options of eating nearby.

There was an awkward smell when we walked into our room, but it would fade away after a while. There was no gym either.

The service was top tier. The amenities were also great, and free parking was great.

It's walking distance to the port with amazing views and easy access to the beach. Great breakfast and a very calming and private experience in all.

We had stayed at Grace two weeks before this stay. We initially booked into an Airbnb which we decided to leave and luckily Grace had a room for our final night in Mykonos. They collected us from town with very little notice, greeted us with a glass of Prosecco and even sent a complimentary bottle of wine to our room. A fantastic stay and even more fantastic staff. Everyone was really helpful and welcoming and I will certainly be back. Thank you!

After walking around the local area and eating at other luxury hotels I feel this was the most comfortable and perfectly situated for the beach.

The pictures for our room choice showed loungers, this was not the case, misleading. This was one of the reasons we picked this room. There was noise from above (night and day) we think it was due to the wind impacting the umbrella and parasol base. The receptionist was not very interested in trying to find out what the issue was. On our last few days there was a group of noisy people who played their music loud in the pool area. It would have been nice if the staff had said something to them because along with their music, music from the hotel system and general noise it was a bit much!

The restaurant and bar staff were fantastic. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were great and thoughtful.

The fact that you had to get a taxi to the New Port (a 5min walk away but the road is very busy)

We liked the location at Agio Stefanos. Mykonos with a flair of local. A bit quieter than the hype of Chora but close enough to get to. The food was also really good.

My wife Karmin and I would like to thank the entire staff of the exquisite Grace Mykonos for their grace, kindness, and hospitality. We were greeted warmly by the Hotel GM Vasilis and his team when we arrived and they patiently walked us through the hotel amenities and provided a detailed overview of Mykonos. A good omen of things to come! The views are incomparable, and the classy pool area provides a paradise to look at the sea below, enjoy drinks and light snacks, and relax in the sun. Evi, the restaurant manager, was such a delight! The spa is gorgeous and Martha is an expert masseuse, we highly recommend. We thank the entire hotel team for their gracefulness and professionalism. Thank you Evri, Olga, Savvis, Martha, Marcus, George, Evi, Matthew, Tasos, and great housekeeping by Maltina, Eirini, and Natalia! Tea and coffee making equipment was provided, but it was difficult to get them to provide any tea or coffee. We were told that minibar drinks service had recently been discontinued, but the room still had a working fridge in it albeit empty and a bit noisy - however it was difficult to get them to give us bottles of drinking water. We were disturbed one night by a persistent noise that sounded like some mechanical malfunction on the roof. We were given a fifth floor room but it would have been helpful if they had told us that the lift only goes to the third floor! The basement car park was challenging!

Breakfast, room and view were good, and the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful but probably not adequately supported by management.

Food was extremely disappointing and when my daughter asked for help with air con that was sub standard the first response wasn’t ‘let me come and help’ but rather ‘you need to…’ with no assistance.

The reception lobby is not as it should be as 5 star hotel. The rooms were not the same size as shown on booking.com. The breakfats was a la carte, but there was not to many choice. The parking is not comfortable to park in.

We booked a two-night stay at this hotel. Although it was clean, it had several shortcomings. There is no restaurant available for dinner, so we couldn't order food for my daughter in the evening. Additionally, the breakfast service includes only one coffee per person, with any extra coffee requiring an additional charge. I would not recommend this hotel for families. It is located far from the beach, and the swimming pool facilities are quite small.

The staff is great and attentive and the room is clean .. the restaurant staff is not great
