There was an awkward smell when we walked into our room, but it would fade away after a while. There was no gym either.

The service was top tier. The amenities were also great, and free parking was great.

It's walking distance to the port with amazing views and easy access to the beach. Great breakfast and a very calming and private experience in all.

We had stayed at Grace two weeks before this stay. We initially booked into an Airbnb which we decided to leave and luckily Grace had a room for our final night in Mykonos. They collected us from town with very little notice, greeted us with a glass of Prosecco and even sent a complimentary bottle of wine to our room. A fantastic stay and even more fantastic staff. Everyone was really helpful and welcoming and I will certainly be back. Thank you!

After walking around the local area and eating at other luxury hotels I feel this was the most comfortable and perfectly situated for the beach.

The pictures for our room choice showed loungers, this was not the case, misleading. This was one of the reasons we picked this room. There was noise from above (night and day) we think it was due to the wind impacting the umbrella and parasol base. The receptionist was not very interested in trying to find out what the issue was. On our last few days there was a group of noisy people who played their music loud in the pool area. It would have been nice if the staff had said something to them because along with their music, music from the hotel system and general noise it was a bit much!

The restaurant and bar staff were fantastic. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were great and thoughtful.

The fact that you had to get a taxi to the New Port (a 5min walk away but the road is very busy)

We liked the location at Agio Stefanos. Mykonos with a flair of local. A bit quieter than the hype of Chora but close enough to get to. The food was also really good.

My wife Karmin and I would like to thank the entire staff of the exquisite Grace Mykonos for their grace, kindness, and hospitality. We were greeted warmly by the Hotel GM Vasilis and his team when we arrived and they patiently walked us through the hotel amenities and provided a detailed overview of Mykonos. A good omen of things to come! The views are incomparable, and the classy pool area provides a paradise to look at the sea below, enjoy drinks and light snacks, and relax in the sun. Evi, the restaurant manager, was such a delight! The spa is gorgeous and Martha is an expert masseuse, we highly recommend. We thank the entire hotel team for their gracefulness and professionalism. Thank you Evri, Olga, Savvis, Martha, Marcus, George, Evi, Matthew, Tasos, and great housekeeping by Maltina, Eirini, and Natalia! Food was extremely disappointing and when my daughter asked for help with air con that was sub standard the first response wasn’t ‘let me come and help’ but rather ‘you need to…’ with no assistance.

The reception lobby is not as it should be as 5 star hotel. The rooms were not the same size as shown on booking.com. The breakfats was a la carte, but there was not to many choice. The parking is not comfortable to park in.

We booked a two-night stay at this hotel. Although it was clean, it had several shortcomings. There is no restaurant available for dinner, so we couldn't order food for my daughter in the evening. Additionally, the breakfast service includes only one coffee per person, with any extra coffee requiring an additional charge. I would not recommend this hotel for families. It is located far from the beach, and the swimming pool facilities are quite small.

I liked the location of the hotel although you can’t walk to the town because the roads don’t have side walks and it’s kind on the side of a cliff. The suite was also kind of small for 3 people.

I liked the views from the pool and that you can walk down to the pretty beach in front.
