Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryThere is no washing machine. The beds/pillows are not very comfortable. The toilet and bathroom are in the same room which for 5 people is not enough. We haven’t received anything for the one week we were there, not even toilet paper (we got 3 alltogether). The terrace is not completely private, we had to go outside of the apartment and to the top roof.
They picked us up from the ferry and took us to the airport at the end of the trip. The apartment is nicely decorated. The location is good, both the centre and a beach is 10 minutes on foot. They prepared a welcome drink, water and some bread for us upon arrival. AC worked well.

BelgiumThe two out of three bedrooms didn’t have AC and it was quite hot. We had to keep the AC of the living room on and the doors of the bedrooms open to fesh the bedroom.
They had a shuttle waiting us to arrive at the port and take us to the apartment. We arrived late and the hosts were waiting for us and showed us around. They had some fresh fruits and snacks for us. Very nice!

The place was clean, near the centar. Nice and cozy. AC in 2 rooms. There is a big balcony on the top of the apartmant, relaxing. The host was realy nice. Realy nice place. I would recomended it.

after a exhausted trip from Santorini, we arrived to this 5STARS home in Naxos! the host welcomed us with local products, for us and for our kids. even she bought us some ham and cheese, toast bread to make us not hungry! it was like a friend welcome you to the home :-) the apartment is very spacious, clean, well decorated, and with all facilities more than our need, like us, family with small baby, we got all what we need and we could enjoy our trip in Naxos in peace. and you can feel the owner putting her heart to all details and to make the guests to have comfortable stay. the location is a bit farther than old town so it’s more calm and it’s more local environment. within 100 meter there plenty of shops for everything, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket and bus stop to the famous beach. and around 10 minutes walk you are in the centre of the old town. personally i love the kitchen, a lot of space and fully equipped.i enjoy very much the cooking in this place just like in my home. what is another big plus is there’s a washing machine and chemical products for laundry. this lovely apartment made us a very good memories in staying of Naxos. hope to get back soon!!!

AustraliaA bit of a scary lift up and tiny internal staircase to one of the bedrooms. This is only an issue though if you are elderly or have very young kids.
A modern apartment in an excellent location of fancy shops and restaurants.
