The location is not the best. Its like a 20-25 min walk to the city, BUT there is no sidewalk so its not optimal. Taxi is expensive so then what's left is renting cars/scooters. This was recommended, but personally we walked. The beach closely was very nice.

Initially we have been assigned to a room that was absolutely not of a 4 star hotel, neither a 3 star. After some pressure, a kind receptionist moved us to a room that was worth the price.

The hotel is in a strategic location, close to the city and the airport, with many facilities in the nearby.

Nothing with regards to the hotel.... The location was a bit remote from the beaches and center of the city for somebody without a car, but we walked to some of the locations (30-40'). Overall nothing to complain.

Breakfast was consistent, although there was no variation on the content from one morning to the other. The pool was a very nice surprise with regards to size, services from the bar, music, personnel. It was a good shelter from the heat outside the location ;-). I liked the fact that it was offered transfer from airport to hotel when arrived to Mykonos.

Room was outdated. If they make a wall refreshment, a touch up here and there w the curtain, rags, blankets and make the bathroom more modern as the shower curtain situation was well... funny. Can be good. But now it's under our expectation. Breakfast is far from 'very good breakfast included in price' (or it just booking says whatsoever...) Every day was the same breakfast. Lack of variety. 2 types of meats you don't give neither your pets. We skipped. No option for gluten / lactose allergic. The omlett guess made from powder the sausage was okay. The hotel is 30 min walk from the city center. Around the hotel you find a market and a few high end restaurant but that is it. It is middle of nowhere.

The outdoor pool area was really good. You can see the sunset and the pool was nice, clean and stylish. However the chair mattress was very dirty. The buildings looks really nice from outside. You can eat your breakfast outside the pool area.

Room very dark. Private balcony very small, partly underneath stairs and only looked at another building a few metres away, not garden view as stated in description. Staff very unhelpful - I had requested upstairs room, but not given one. Allergic to cows' milk and had requested sheep/goat yoghurt, which was promised (and which is available everywhere in Greece), but none was provided. Asked if I could keep room for extra hour or so until we left for airport as I had hurt my back and was told no, I should lie on sun lounger, despite them all being occupied.

Large room, firm mattress. Public areas nice. Large pool, plenty of sun loungers and chairs. Handy pool bar. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

Terrible service, not even a bottle of water available at night. Better to describe it as serviced rooms/apartments, than 4 star hotel. Mediocre breakfast and terrible coffee. Terrible tiny bathroom with shower curtain that flooded it and very stained dirty toilet. All very depressing.

Breakfast is okay not bad they could keep the breakfast open until 11.30 as it’s a party island and everyone wake up late. Manager is great and we book here every year, he always accommodates us and gives us the best room. We will continue to stay here every year. :)
