Perfect location and had everything we needed. Nice friendly owners who live upstairs with their lovely little cat who visited us from time to time. Would definitely recommend.

The kitchen preparation area was very small, but adequate for preparing a simple meal and had a good sized fridge. The shower was small but the apartment was a very good size.

Hosts were very hospitable and shared their local knowledge to help us explore the Island. The location was very central for visiting places of interest. The terrace area was lovely and shaded in the afternoon which was great in the heat. Apartment comfortable and very clean.

Nothing! I would come back here if I returned to Cephalonia! It didn't worry me, but if you want a proper water view then choose somewhere else. The apartment does, however, have a water glimpse!

Maria was incredibly helpful with information about the area, helping me prioritise where to go with limited time, and she was also flexible with my check-in and lent me a beach towel. It's the little touches that make the difference! Having been brought up in Australia, language is not a problem. The apartment was quiet, spacious and comfortable with two balconies and incredibly clean. There is parking outside and the restaurants, beach and shops a quick walk away. Agia Effiimia is well placed for exploring beaches, caves and the beautiful Asos; and is only 45 mins away from Fiskardo and nearby beaches. It is much more reasonably priced than the north. No breakfast is provided but there is a kitchen or numerous cafes nearby.

What did we like ? Put simply - everything. The apartment was perfect , spotless and so comfortable. The location a minute walk from the tremendous village sea front of Ayia Evfimai couldn't have been better. Being able to have evening drinks on the balcony and sometimes cook our own meals too made it extra relaxing. The hosts were totally exceptional - so friendly , welcoming and helpful.

Our stay at Giannos apartments was everything we wanted and more. Maria (host and owner) welcomed us on arrival and ensured we had all the information we needed to enjoy our stay in Agia Effemia. She is a wealth of information on beaches, walks and where to eat and shop. The apartment was spacious and bright. The beautiful balcony was perfect for breakfast and reading and provided a lovely breeze in the hot weather. The apartment is a few minutes walk onto the Main Street and very quiet at night. I’d recommend Giannos apartments highly.

Lovely shower with glass enclosure but small even for normal sized adults even though the bathroom is a nice size. It's doable so long as you don't have to bend down to pick something up 😆

Only 2 blocks from the port & main strip and always found parking outside. The apartment is modern with all you may need besides a microwave. Communication was very good and arranged a taxi for us for the last day.

A quiet place to stay in the beautiful Agia Efimia. 3 minutes walk to the port with tavernas and markets, close to the beaches, Melissani lake and Drogarati cave and only 15 minutes by car from Myrtos beach. Maria is a great host.
