• No kitchen to cook, only a fridge and a kettle • WiFi does not work in the rooms

• Perfect location in Apollonia, center of Sifnos, start of gorgeous hikes (to Vathy, Kastro, Faros, Saint Sostis, Platys Gialos and Profitis Ilias) and close to the bus stops • Bars and restaurants very nearby so it can probably be noisy in summer but with the double glazed windows and AC you should be fine • Beautiful view on the sunrise or sunset depending the room you’ll get • Nice balcony &common terrace to chill by night • WiFi works perfectly on the terrace - not so much inside the rooms • Hot shower, AC and fridge work well • Coffee and tea offered which is kind • They are more like independent studios so there is no receptionist to talk to or book service from. There is still room service everyday.

Might get a bit loud if Bar Botzi is going off due to proximity to town. Also not very well sign posted! You'll need to go behind the sign to find the apartment.

Fantastic location in Appollonia near bars, restaurants and cafes. Beautiful rooftop terrace and everything you need in the room - fridge, drinking water, air con. Great value for money with views of the coast and central location to access all other towns. They let us keep our bags at their office but it's at the port town Kamares.

Location is perfect - centre of shops and hiking trails - our room was spectacular - clean, bright, roomy , with TWO balconies overlooking the hills of Apollonia and beyond, and Margarita and her parents (I think) welcomed us warmly.

The cleanliness exceeded our expectations. The lady that welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. The apartments are in the center of Apollonia with all bars, restaurants and cafeterias nearby. It was value for money. In case we visit Sifnos again in the future I would definitely choose the same, as the room covered all our needs.

The apartments are situated in the middle of Apollonia, which is basically the capital of the island. There are great restaurants, bars and coffee shops all in walking distance. The room was comfy, clean, with a balcony and covered all basic needs one can have but don't expect anything fancy. There was a cute terrace, great for breakfasts under the sun :-) The staff was helpful and kind. I'd recommend the place to someone with basic needs, looking for a great location, good connectivity to the rest of the island.

Communication with staff was really bad. When we arrived we had no idea where to go but neighbors were very helpful. Staff said that they were going to come in person but never showed up. Kids were making a lot of noise in the apartment downstairs and there wasn’t even soap to shower. There are some steps to climb to get to the room

If you're young and into nightlife activities go for it. If you are looking for a good night's sleep, STAY AWAY! The main issues we faced when trying to enjoy some rest: - the windows and doors are really old. If the wind blows you will "enjoy" the sounds of shrieks and cracks all night long - the air conditioning is really old. If you turn it on it's like an old tractor that wakes up the whole village. Impossible to sleep with it. - the refrigerator is also old. The level of noise it generates is disturbing. - the music from the area blasts every single night until 3:30 AM and trust me : IT'S LOUD! The wi-fi didn't work in our room, just on the terrace. After 3 horrible nights we asked for an early check out to find another accommodation for the rest of our stay in Sifnos (2 more nights). Sadly we didn't get any help from Booking nor our host.

I'll try to be as objective as possible after 5 sleepless nights. The good part is that you are really close to the center (2 minutes). What seemed to be a blessing, quickly turned into a curse (more details in the "didn't like section"). The beds were reasonably comfortable and the cleanliness was spotless. The check in was pretty smooth and we got all the information that we needed. We had a nice terrace were we could hang out and enjoy a glass of wine.
