Nothing unless you have mobility problems it's an uphill walk back.

Everything, especially staff who go above and beyond, picking us up and dropping us back at ferry port , stunning views, spacious rooms , 10 mins walk to center, best place to stay, and great value for Money.

Katerina was an exceptional host. Highly recommend this property, it was beautiful. Had everything we needed. I even enjoyed the walk to and from the city due to enjoying my fitness (there’s quite a few stairs) Everything worked the way it should have in the hotel, it was perfect for our holiday. Loved how we were picked up at the ferry to and from Mykonos. We were given a little tour on the way to the studios. Our host was so kind and informative. She was always available to answer questions and provide necessities like towels for the beach. The view was absolutely gorgeous 🥰

We spent 4 days in Germanos Studios. Everything was top noch at this place. Katerina is the sweetest. Free pick up and drop off by the airport. Free Beach & Shower Towels. The Studio has a small kitchen featuring everything to be able to prepare your breakfast at this amazing view. Mykonos center is a 5 Minute walk away (steep but not so bad). Free parking in front of the Studios if you want to rent a car/ATV/scooter etc. Katerina communicates and helps you via WhatsApp whenever you have a question. We had our flight at night so we were able to store our language in a room, got fresh towels and shower before the flight as well. Great value for money. Would 100% recommend and stay again if I return to Mykonos. Thank you so much Katerina & Germanos Family 🫶🏼

The host is so so lovely, she helped us out so much, and was easy to communicate! The accommodation it self is absolutely amazing, it was our favourite spot in all of Mykonos, the view was incredible! It was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. I highly recommended Germanos Studios for anyone who wants a relaxing stay!! There was honestly no wrongs with our stay, which made me not want to leave!!

I don’t often fill theses things out, but my stay was exceptional/ as everyone else has mentioned lol. If you don’t have a car, the walk into town is great exercise / especially coming back up the hill.

Location is fanrastic with magnificent view of Sunset and Mykonos Town at Night. 5 to 7 minutes walk to the Town. Studio is well equipt of essentials if you want to cook something for yourself. Katerina is very sweet and courteous, , She picks you up from the Ferry Port and take you to your Studio and also takes you back to the Port on your return day. Absolutely 100 percent you going to love your stay here.

It was just amazing. Everybody was really nice. Amazing balconies. We got a free transport from the airport. Everything was pretty close, we felt the greek vibe!

The only thing that failed a little was the WiFi. That’s why I didn’t give 10.

The property was in a great place, also an amazing spot to watch the sunset. The cleanliness was perfect and we had everything we needed. The location was good because we had amazing views and were 10 minutes walking from the centre. Also near the famous 180 sunset bar.

Not really a complaint but if you have mobility issues this would not be the place to stay. 10 minute walk from the town up hill climb the whole way.

The property had an amazing view! The host was so kind to pick us up from the ferry at arrival as well as have her father drop us off at the airport for a very early flight upon leaving! The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well!

Not really did not like, just, if you don't have a car, beware that the 10 mins walk to downtown (Little Venice) is downhill when going to and uphill going back. It’s a short walk, but high (you got the view, you gotta pay some effort right)

You will get the best sunset view, and the whole Mykonos from the above. The place is absolutely amazing, perfect for couple and family want to relax and enjoy Mykonos with leisure experience. The room is well kept and maintenance, cleaning everyday and Katrina is absolutely helpful and a perfect host. You will also get picked up and drive to and from the airport, which is a huge help. Only 10 mins walk to Little Venice, the (touristy) heart of Mykonos where all the restaurants and funs are. I just love the stay so much.

Germanos Studios was fantastic, the staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. Location wise it was perfect with only a short walk down to the town, and high up to provide the most spectacular views for sunset. Could not fault our stay, we had an amazing time

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Germanos Studios.

A traveler to Mykonos has several options for places to stay. We wanted to be at the elevation for the views and in a quiet spot. We also wanted a kitchen and a porch to cook and enjoy meals outdoors. Germanos Studios met our wishes on all counts. Access to Mykonos Town—Chora was a short walk down the hill. During our stay on the island, we periodically visited the shops, art galleries, and coffee shops. We also rented an ATV to tour the beaches on the south side. There are two grocery stores and some restaurants nearby. Katarina picked us up at the port and drove us there when it was time to catch our ferry back to Athens. She and her cleaning staff did an excellent job caring for the room and helping us with questions.
