The bathroom is pretty small, but you’re going to get that basically anywhere you travel in Europe. So I wouldn’t really say this was a bad thing about the property, it’s just that a lot of Americans are used to bigger spaces. There was really nothing to dislike about the property, it’s a really great place. !

It is a beautiful location, the owner even left us some fresh fruit on our first day, the air conditioner gets the  bedroom very cold (which is nice after a long, hot day at the beach), it is a very large size bed, and the owner even came and tidied up our room each day, while we were out adventuring on the island

It wasn’t very close to beaches or to get easy transportation. We had to walk a lot or call some taxis to pick us up

The shower, it's an easy fix, need to fix it to control the angle of the shower, because you need to take the shower paid to the wall.

The owner was very kind, help us to get a taxi and wait us at night when we arrived. The room has everything you need and clean and very well maintained. And the view to the bay is very beautiful. We really like it

The communication and help to get to the accomodation was amazing! Everything was very neat and tidy with all you need. We had a little kitchen area in our room which was amazing, but I don't think all the rooms have as extensive a kitchen. Big comfortable bed. Everything you need

The host Effie is very welcoming. The rooms are set out with the smallest detail that make your stay unique. the property is in the local village of Tripiti where there are magnificent views and restaurants.

We stayed at Georgia rooms on 1st-4th July, for three nights. At first i have to confess that we surprised a little about the location. Both -my friend and i- of us think that it's not really the perfect location. Very very quiet area, which is a good thing but also way too dark at nights. The best thing about our room, i think, is the cleanliness. It was really spotless. but the room is a little small for two people. The bed is tiny for sure. Didn't have two bed option so we had to go with one, we didn't have anything to measure but i'm pretty sure it has max 140 cm width. I think it's suitable for solo travelers or very cuddling couples.

Our room and neighboring one have quite thin walls and even chatter could be heard. Mosquitos were a bit annoying as well (but that's just the season)

Euthimia and her mother Georgia were amazing hosts! Euthimia's husband gave us some very nice tips about the island and overall they were super helpful with whatever we needed. Location is very quite, just a little bit outside Tripiti village (distances are super small in the island anyways).

Everything was perfect! The Room was a little bit small but very comfortable and so clean! The owners were very helpfull and always nice. We were more than happy with Georgia’s room. We loved to Take a walk and go eat in the wonderfull restaurant of Tripiti!

they said on beforehand that we could find the accommodation using Google Maps, even after repeatedly having asked for directions. so we trusted them, but when we arrived in Tripiti we weren’t able to find it at all. then when we arrived, the greetings weren’t as warm as we expected them to be based on what all the other people have commented here on Booking (no tips for the area or anything, something that we did receive at every other hotel we have been to on the Greek islands). later we found out that he was not the owner, but his wife and she couldn’t welcome us that day due to personal reasons. the room did contain a fridge, 2 glasses, 2 mugs, a water boiler, and a percolator - which we really appreciated - but it didn’t contain cutlery or things to clean your stuff with so that was a bit unhandy. it was therefore half possible to prepare your own breakfast.

the location of this accommodation is great as other people have also written. It is located in Tripiti, just besides the capital of the island, Plaka. that means that everything is very close by (some very good restaurants, busy life, beautiful little village), but you are not in the middle of the noise yourself and you also don’t have to pay the highest prices. but also in Tripiti itself you have a few restaurants which are really, really nice! the hotel is a 3-minutes walk away from those. the supermarket are bakery little further away (10-minutes walk), but for us that was no problem. there is also a bus station very nearby (7-minutes walk if you choose the right path). however, we would recommend renting a scooter/motor/ATV to cruise the island as it gives you much more flexibility (the buses don’t go very often and don’t go everywhere). the room was clean and neat and was cleaned everyday. we also wanted to do our laundry, but there was no laundry service nearby so the owners helped us out gave us some hand wash detergent which was really sweet. they also were very enthusiastic when they walked by and said hello. however, we didn’t have much contact with them sadly. the view from our room was also very lovely and we had a lovely terrace to enjoy it. we could really see that the landlady tried to make the room very cosy and home-like.

It was a little difficult to find at first. It might be helpful to include a map of the location and a description for directions.

Georgia Rooms is located at the top of a hill in Trypiti. It was very difficult to find when we arrived. The locals nearby did not seem familiar with the place and my GPS took us to the wrong place. Luckily, we eventually found it, and really enjoyed the view. The room and bathroom were simple.

The only “bad” thing for us is that we expected a kitchen to cook and there was no fire, but it’s probably advised.

Is located in Tripiti, which makes it perfect to walk to the village or to Plaka for dinner. The room is cozy, clean, very comfortable… all you need. Efi and Georgia are very good hosts, they make sure everything is perfect and they take care of details. I would 100% recommend the stay.
