We were surprised by Sia's hospitality. The accommodation was great and clean, close to town but far away from the crowds. We will definitely visit George and Sia's House again.

Very uphill, so if one is not in the position to walk uphill or be very active, I guess Neos Marmaras is not the best choice anyways. The street can get bit loud, especially if you're on the lower floors.

Loved Sia the host, super kind, helpful and not imposing. Very clean, change of towels and sheets every 2 days, well maintained, very well equipped apartment, ok location. 5-10 mins walk to Paradisos beach and pretty much max 40 mins by car to any other great beach in Sithonia. 3 mins to stores and restaurants (some even deliver to the apartment).

A very warm welcome, Sia is very kind, gives good recommendations for tavernas and beaches around. The house is spacious, very clean and very well equipped. Nice view from the balcony, close to Paradisos beach and the port. We had a really nice holiday in George & Sia`s house.

We could not have made a better choice! We stayed in the sea-view apartment and absolutely loved the combination between hotel-like service (with bed linen and towels changed every two days) and the warmth of a real home. The apartment is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with spacious bathroom and balconies, effective air conditioning (2 units, separate for each room) and a well equipped kitchen. Sia was the most amazing host, adding to her genuine kindness useful information about local attractions and restaurant deals. Thank you for everything!

This studio was an absolute delight and surpassed our expectations in every way. First and foremost, the view from the apartment was truly breathtaking, easily surpassing anything we had experienced before. The apartment itself was impeccably furnished and equipped with everything we could possibly need. From a wide array of kitchen essentials like oil and coffee to a complete set of cooking utensils, we lacked nothing. It was evident that the hosts had put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests' comfort and convenience. Parking was not an issue at all as there were plenty of spaces available in the vicinity. We had no trouble finding a spot for our vehicle throughout our stay, which was a relief. Now, let me express my sincere gratitude towards our host. She were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The host took great care of us, promptly changing the bed linen and towels while maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment to a standard that rivals a 5-star resort. The only "issue" for me personally was the bed, it was quite hard. But it is a matter of personal preference. I am sure that people who prefer this kind of bedding would enjoy it a lot. Also, I have to admit that had I mentioned it to Sia, she most certainly would have found a solution. So you might want to ask her in advance if it is important for you.

I liked the location a lot - it is situated on a hill with a wonderful sea view. The street right before it is barely used so it is nice and quiet most of the time. The room had everything we needed and was great for 2 people. It even had 2 balconies! Both balcony doors had mosquito nets on them, which I appreciated a lot! There are some hungry mosquitos in the area, so you will definitely need them. The cleanliness was perfect - up to hotel standards. The host was super friendly, she picked us up at the bus station, offered to help with lots of things and was generally very considerate. I think the hospitality industry is a perfect match for her, she is extremely good at helping guests feel welcome. You can reach 2 good beaches by foot easily, as well as all the restaurants. All in all, my husband and I enjoyed our stay here a lot!

Beautifull spacy super-clean apartment. Our apartment have two balcons and that is great for making good air circulation, and most of the time without air-condition. Location at first mabye look not so good, but it is very good. Quiet, with great sea view. We are very happy spending 2 days here. Next time it will be much longer.

Great place to stay, near to Paradisos beach and near to the town center as well. Magnificent sea view. Clean rooms and perfect service. There is everything you may need in the room - iron, hairdryer, kettle, coffee, cream, etc. In case you are traveling by car, there is a lot of parking space on the street.

I love everything about this place! This is the best apartment I've ever been in Greece! Amazing hospitality from our host Sia. Friendly, kind and very positive person! The apartment was so clean, luxurious and had so much extras. Sia was there all of the time for us taking care just like we were her own children. She welcomed us with homemade cake and traditional Greek pita, beer, wine, juice and big smile! Sia is great person and knows how to make you feel just like you are at your own home! We become friends and I will go again in the same apartment very soon! I strongly recommend George & Sia's House! :)))
