There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom on the first day, after that it disappeared. But this did not have any impact on our stay.

Perfect location to explore Knossos or the nearby beaches. Close to the highway so you can leave the city pretty fast and avoid the traffic jams. There is a bus station right in front and it takes you about 15 min by bus to go to the old part of the city. The apartment is nice, we spent there 2 nights and it was just fine. It will be uncomfortable if you want to eat inside and you are more than 2 people. However, the cafe/restaurant in the building is great, there is a supermarket, a bakery nearby, so no need to worry about getting food. The staff was very polite, the house keeping ladies gave our kids a small treat. There were coffee capsules and 2 bottles of water waiting for us, a nice touch.

Impeccably clean, helpful staff, comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen corner and bathroom. Handy car park next door. Pleasant bistrot on site. Healthy breakfast served. Full marks.

The location was perfect Our arrival was late in the evening and the hotel was only a ten-minute drive away from the airport The process of checking in late was easy and included convenient parking Next day morning, another ten minutes driving distance to the palace of Knossos

The decor is beautiful but impractical. The dark surfaces in the toilet get easily dirty and they didn’t get cleaned during our short 2day stay. The staff in the bistro weren’t always sure whether drinks were included in our package so we got drinks included the first night but were charged for drinks the second night 🤷🏻‍♀️

Our room was spacious and well laid out. The kitchenette was well equipped for a short stay. We had half board and the food in the Démodé Bistro was excellent with outrageously big portions! Kiki was always available via Whatsapp and responded immediately to our questions. Staff in the Bistro were very friendly and some of them very accommodating. We liked the parking on site, very handy.

Noise from the road. Our suite faced directly onto the road and had a balcony and a view. However the road is very busy and the noise was intrusive. Pretty certain that rooms further back in the building would have been very much quieter so if you are disturbed by noise try and book one of these.

Used this accommodation to enable us to get to Knossos at 8.00 to get ahead of the queues for which it worked perfectly. Very modern suite with all facilities. Helpful staff although they had limited English.

This hotel was beautiful, very modern and clean and central to my needs. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and satisfied all of my needs with a fully equipped kitchenette and the room represents exceptional value for money. My holiday was punctuated by unfortunate circumstances and the hotel manager Kiki could not have done more than she did to assist me with my extended stay and provided much needed assistance and a very special thanks to her. The hotel was also located above the best restaurant in the area providing added convenience. I very highly recommend this hotel.

We must check out till 12:00, staf wake up us at 11:00 i don’t know why, because don’t explain, i understand she can’t talk in english.

Verry comfortable bed, all clean. I liked atmosphere. Calm and cute apartments. I like perfum ❤️ it was perfect 👍 shower gel and shampoo was amazing.

The hotel is only a few minutes by car from the airport. Spacious room, perfect Service with good information for self check in. Our room also had everything you need to cook something, coffee machine etc. Beds were comfortable. Would book again
