The studios are located 3-4 minutes walking from the beach of Agios Georgios. Mini markets and cafes are within a similar short distance. The hosts, Ms Sofia and her son were welcoming and attentive, upgraded my room for free, and treated me to a present of her homemade apricot jam and quince sweet. The room was cleaned every day.

We greatly enjoyed our 4 nights at Galaxia Studios. Rooms are a good size, spotlessly clean and location is great. Easy walking distance to port and main bus stop. Julian is a great host and we arrived to a fresh lemon juice and an upgrade to a larger room. Julian also sent us recommendations for restaurants, coffee spots etc. we tried 4 of the restaurants and they were all great. It's a nice family run place and great value for money.

Galazia could not have a better location! The beach is round the corner, with a supermarket at the end of the road. There are restaurants, car rentals, an ATM - all of it right there. The room has lots of plug points, an excellent feature which I appreciated very much. Sofia and Julian are warm, friendly, informative and did everything they could to make my stay as pleasant as possible. They even upgraded my room! This was very kind - I hadn't realised that I had booked the basement room and the upgrade was most welcome.

Shower head didn’t have a hold on the wall. It was only a minor inconvenience if at all.

Very cute room, with the option to cook in the small kitchenette. Air conditioner, private balcony, full 3 piece private bathroom. Aesthetically pleasing room that is a good size. 2 minute walk to the beach, 6 minute walk to the port and main shopping area. Restaurants close by. Host was very helpful, recommended places, brought an extra blanket when requested. Even gave me berries and lemonade that his mother made! I didn’t want to leave, but I’ll stay here again when I visit Naxos!

They up graded us to a room with lovely balcony .we were greeted by Julian's mother who gave us some lovely peach jam and fruit from Her garden .could not do enough for us .beach was 2 minute s walk and there was lots of fabulous restaurants all around us .if we come to Naxos again would certainly stay here again .

Such lovely Mamma Mia vibes in Greece. It felt so special and homey. I definitely want to come back and stay here again someday when I have the chance. The shower pressure was amazing. The balcony was a special touch and so great to sit on in the morning. The coziest stay. Julian was an absolutely phenomenal host as well. He gave such amazing suggestions for food and ways to truly experience and get the most out of our stay on this amazing Island. If we had any questions he could help us find the answer. The location as well isn’t a bad walk from the port and it’s only a short walk to the beach or town.

There is not a single thing I would call out that would deter me from staying there again. This is a wonderful traditional Greek accommodation with the kindest hosts and an excellent location, both close to the beach and the town centre.

My hosts, Julian his mother, Sofia, were the loveliest and kindest people, who made me feel at home and welcome throughout my stay. I was able to communicate with them through WhatsApp, which made things very easy. Julian gave me a very handy list of recommendations for bars and restaurants, which I really enjoyed eating my way through. :) Being there felt like visiting distant relatives. Sofia offered me delicious home-made treats. The place was charming, clean, had everything I needed and was a mere 3-minute walk from a decent beach. It was also a very short walk from the town center. Being so close to the Port it's also very conveniently located to visit other beaches and nearby islands for day trips. If you are looking for a traditional Greek accommodation, this is THE place to be. If you are looking for something a little bit more modern, and are able to pay a bit more, they also have a new place one street over, called Galazia Apartments. With these hosts and this wonderful location, you can't go wrong.
