Our room was very spacious, nice and clean. For me, towels are a very important detail. It should be spotlessly clean and feel like I'm the first to use it. Those who travel a lot will understand what I mean. The employees are friendly and very helpful. Having a coffee machine in the room is another advantage for me. Having a gym is also great, working out every day and going to the beach is an option for guests like me. It was also nice for me to get help via WhatsApp 24/7, they were very helpful with suggestions and places I wanted to go. Quiet location without the noise of the city. Having a car is a must wherever you stay in Mykonos. I recommend renting a small car.

The food was good, but not great! Different food options would have been nice. One problem was that the power went out, but they were quick to resolve the issue - so it turned into a positive!

The location, the service, the amenities, and the communication was excellent. They have great cohesion with services on the island to help guests get what they want. They replied to requests quickly. Very friendly staff as well! We loved our stay here!

What can I say? It was absolutely perfect, from the first day to the last, everything is made in order for us to feel like a queen and a king. The hotel is beyond perfect, everything is so clean and the people working there are the sweetest humans on earth. Anything you need, they’ll get it for you. Need a car? 30mn and it’s there. Need water ? At your door. Need privacy ? Say no more. Special thanks to John, he was the rock of our trip, the one that was aaaalways available and that we truly felt and considered as a friend. It’d have not been the same without him! To finish, it was honestly the best hotel I’ve ever been to and I can’t wait to go back again. It’ll definitely be a part of our love story and forever grateful for everything they did for my fiancé and I.

Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect

The villas are located in the Perfect location. Lots of parking spots and the villas are extremely neat and clean! The pool so gorgeous and was a huge plus point. Rest assured, the pool is cleaned eveyday! The staff was extremely polite and very helpful in booking a boat tour or recommend beaches! The staff are responsive specially a beautiful lady at the reception named "Zografina" who ensured our trip was extemely cozy and comfortable. Everything was luxurious about this villa! The complimentary breakfast basket was the best as we could enjoy it eveyday by the pool! I am a travel addict and I deeply appreciate and reward hospitality when I experience it. This is a relatively brand new and very well maintained property. I got upgraded to the executive suite for my birthday with a delicious bottle of complementary rose, courtesy of the manager Dimitris. My first impression was WOW, massive but minimalist design infinity pool villa, these are some of the biggest standalone rooms I have seen anywhere in Myk and very affordable considering the space you get. I only tried the spaghetti bolognese from the menu, partied too hard to wake up in time for breakfast. Chef Surak from the kitchen made my spaghetti exactly to taste. Location is also close to one of the best beach clubs Alemagou on the island. Last but not the least, everyone actually looks like they enjoy their job, nothing but smiles from the whole team. Transfer guy Aggelos very fluent in English, opens and holds your door with a smile always, pool guy Asok diligently cleaned the pool and even took pictures for me, Roxie from house keeping made beds upon request and last but not the least, the very attentive front desk staff Giannis, Fina & Joanna.

Everything was perfect. The only thing I would recommend is adding body lotion in the toiletries since it’s located in a warm, sunny place and you could easily need it for sunburn or just hydration. Also, trying to waste less food and plastic, since in the breakfast they give you a whole package of milk and juice that sometimes it’s too much for just one person and having it everyday could represent a really high amount of waste, same with water, since the tap water isn’t drinkable is great they give you the option to have unlimited potable water but would be great if instead of giving you a plastic bottle, they could find other ways to supply the need without that much contamination ex: A jug of water in each room and a filter outside so everybody when needing water could go and fill the jug of water in the filter

Lovely, clean, spacious room. All the facilities were great. The pool area was amazing and clean! Great staff who are super helpful, nice and very responsive to all enquiries. We loved our stay here and it is family friendly. Quiet and remote location, very peaceful. We rented a car which I would definitely recommend doing.

The gym unfortunately needed opening by the staff on request and didn’t just have a walk in option. But that’s a minor thing of convenience. The place was absolutely stunning.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with a beautiful interior design, good breakfast and a lovely, rural location. Also the infinity pool and facilities were more than outstanding and the staff was simply amazing! Even though the hotel is more remote, there is a beach and some nice local restaurants nearby. It’s recommended to rent a car. And with a car all places around the island are easily accessible. We had a fantastic stay and will happily come back!

We had a blast staying in this villa! It is located in Ftelia area next to the most beautiful beach of Ftelia and the best beach bar Alemagou. Very close to the downtown and to the airport! The room is very spacious and we felt very safe during our stay! We had fully privacy and we had our own private pool with great view! The cleaning team was amazing and the receptionist staff was exceptional! Thank you for assisting us in every concern that we had! The hotel offers a great fully private spa with hot tub and massage room as well as a gym that has complete privacy and you could book it for yourself! The breakfast basket was something unique and delicious! The wifi was very speed and i was worried free to finish my work ! Very peaceful and quiet place! Everything was perfect

Amazing experience !!!! We were really impressed by the managers and the staff, who were the epitome of professionalism, kind and helpful, making our stay there unforgettable. As soon as we arrived in Mykonos, they have arranged us a private transfer from the airport to the villa. The suite was extraordinary, clean, with a private pool and equipped with all the luxurious amenities and most importantly it was private, quite and peaceful. From now on every time we visit Mykonos, Ftelia Black Villas will be our first choice!
